Democrats Should Unify Behind AOC, Not Pelosi [Fun read from crazed moonbat!]
Waaaal Street Journal ^ | July 21, 2019 3:55 pm ET | By Cenk Uygur

Voters want impeachment and a progressive policy agenda. House leaders have another idea.

When people say that Democrats should unify, the part they leave out is most important: Around what? Nearly everyone in Washington seems to assume that progressives should shut up, accept their place, and unify around the status quo.

Think about what an arrogant and preposterous request that is. Progressive leaders, including our representatives in Congress, should abandon all of our policy positions and sell out our voters to please the Democratic establishment. Saying “hell no” to that would be an enormous understatement.

If Democratic leaders don’t want to fight Donald Trump, that’s their problem, not ours. We signed up to rout him and send him home. If you’re not on board with that, get out of the way and let us do it. Democratic voters were clear in 2018 that they want Mr. Trump impeached. Yet again last week Speaker Nancy Pelosi and her allies blocked an opportunity by tabling Rep. Al Green’s resolution.

Unlike Mr. Green, I don’t think we need to discuss President Trump’s political or racial ideology to favor impeachment. The president has clearly committed two crimes. Robert Mueller’s report outlines double-digit instances of obstruction of justice. That’s a felony. Michael Cohen confirmed that Mr. Trump worked with him to pay hush money to Stormy Daniels in violation of campaign-finance laws—a crime for which Mr. Cohen is in prison.

[SNIP]

Democratic powder to fight Republicans is forever dry. Detention centers without any constraints? Check. Defeating an amendment to prohibit the Pentagon from housing kids at the military facilities? Check. Continuing to let Mr. Trump run roughshod through a House the Democrats control is an abdication of responsibility.

Democrats have been surrendering to the GOP for as long as I have been alive.

Mr. Uygur also denies the Armenian Genocide. He is always short on facts, but big on mouth.

There is nothing “progressive” about their policies. They are incremental Communists. And their ideological goals are against the Constitution. Their policies would fail at Supreme Court challenge time and time again (barring extra-judicial writing of legislation like declaring Obamacare a ‘tax’)

Judging from how quickly their Presidential candidates raised their hands to the absurd questions, AOC has seized Democratic Party leadership. These wimps are afraid to oppose her.

...And was one of the earliest proponents of AOC, if I remember correctly.

Mind you, I LOVED the meltdown The Young Turks had on YouTube Live during Election Night 2016, though. :-)

So “Donald Trump, go home”, “Democrats who don’t stand with Prog-Left, go home”, but telling Idiot Omar to go home because of her mouth and her policies? Horror of horrors.

They are just seething and stewing in their bitterness. “How could she lose? It was her turn! I don’t know anyone that voted for the orange man! Impeach!”

Best election ever!

Unless he’s a DUmmie.

They are hard core communists/socialists who stand with Antifa and think AOC is a moderate.

how queer, the Clintons never obstructed justice when they paid off witnesses like Monica Lewinsky to lie under oath? When they intimidated others with threats of violence? When Bill lied under oath? And that wasn’t just in Lewinskygate. It happened in other cases as well.

And foreign collusion, like when Ted Kennedy worked together with the KGB and US media to try to defeat Ronald Reagan’s 1984 re-election bid? Or Bill Clinton and Al Gore personally getting campaign cash from Chinese Communists in exchange for technology?

Voters want impeachment and a progressive policy agenda.

Do they really? I don't think most voters want the Green New Deal, and only about a quarter of all Democratic voters nationally want to abolish ICE. These are not positions with which the average American agrees, they're extreme positions championed only by Democrats from the bluest congressional districts in the country.

Justice Democrats is neither a bastion of justice, nor is it democratic by the classic meaning based on the Greek origins of the word.

In the modern form of “democracy”, it is one man, one vote, one time, one way, forever surrendering all future decisions to what is first an elected oligarchy, then the successors as appointed by the same oligarchy as vacancies occur, a vessel that keeps refilling itself.

I tell you, man, it is MAGIC.

Their is a belief that the Squat was basically recruited by Cenk Fatboy of the Young Turds. Cenk wants to get rid of the moderates aka the Wall Street guys and make the party a far left communist/socialist/labor party

That is his goal

Cenk Uygur: Born in Turkey, emigrated to the US as a child. Naturalized US citizen

He need to go back to his country (he is still a Turkish citizen) and fix their problems before he should open his mouth about the US.
