Interesting! According to Wikipedia, "Barr's father was born Jewish but later converted to Catholicism, and Barr was raised Catholic. His mother is of Irish ancestry."
I took my critter to a Jewish veterinarian who, incidentally, played the Irish Uilleann pipes. Just liked the sound of 'em.
"Scotland the Brave" is a standard Level 1 band tune, but he plays it well. His grace notes are clear and his tone is steady.
High marks from this old member of the Atlanta Pipe Band.

Bagpipes are historically played at some funerals, wonder who he has in mind.
They say that mathematical aptitude and musical aptitude are closely linked. Can't prove it by me, as I'm quite musical, but my math skills are strictly visual, like geometry. I guess Barr uses his aptitude to "weigh" the scales of justice!
There was a piper who was despondent about his piping. He decided to dispose of his pipes, and get some insurance money at the same time. He drove his old beater car to a bad part of town with his pipes in the back seat, and pulled into a 7/11. He rolled down the windows and left the motor running while he went inside for a coffee and a chat with the clerk.
He came out of the store quite some time later, expecting his car to have been stolen long since. To his horror, he discovered that not only was his car still there, but there was a second set of pipes in the back seat!

Different view. Wow, what a room! Imagine the acoustics. I once went to a Bathering of the Clans event at the National Cathedral, with a couple of dozen bagpipe bands in that space. It raised your hair!
