Have you seen the actual lawsuit, and what it was over. Did the lawsuit prove the official narratives? I highly doubt it. I’ve never seen the Original Petition and I bet you haven’t, either.
Yeah, the usual gatekeepers show up in Sandy Hook, Oklahoma City, pedophilia and vaccine threads, and often Syria Fake Gas Attack threads, to defend the Official Narrative (TM) and attack people who are genuinely interested in the facts of events, in particular events used to justify passing major pieces of control legislation.
Civil and criminal conspiracy are part of our legal system; some idiots here think criminal conspiracy only happens if the government and media tells us how it happened.
There are a lot of odd happenings and discoveries. And the local government didn’t help. It’s sensical to question the official narrative
It was well publicized at the time that 6 year old Noah Pozner had an open casket funeral.
The funeral home had cleaned & dressed him as per the parents’ request.
His face was partly covered by a Jewish prayer cloth.
His jaw had been blown off, and IIRC one of his hands, too.
Yet the conspiracists have stalked & threatened his parents, accusing them of being paid actors & claiming their child never existed.
One little girl, who has not yet been identified, survived in the pile of dead children & 1 teacher hiding in the bathroom.
She’d be about 12 now.
I shudder to think what the “truther” lunatics might do to that child if & when her identity is ever revealed.

Good. So you do know (or should know) that the Conn. State PD took the lead in that investigation, since they were holding the press conferences.

Well, there was no hoax to defend, but I see you would rather double down on stupid than quit when you are behind. Okay. If it is proof that you want, then I actually can prove that the Sandy Hook victims were included in the numbers that the state reported to the FBI, rather than the numbers that Newtown reported the the FBI.
See, the UCR report published by the FBI is not the only place that these statistics are published. Each state actually publishes its own report of what it and all its constituent counties and municipalities have reported to the FBI each year. As it happens, the Connecticut UCR report for 2012 has some very pertinent information that we can compare with the FBI report. Here’s a link to the state report:

Now, if you go to page 245 of that report, you can see the breakdown of the offenses that Newtown reported for that year. This page includes the same zero total for homicides as the FBI report, but it also includes this relevant footnote for the “Murder” category:
“Does NOT include 27 victims of Newtown mass shooting (see State Police Misc.)”
So there, clear as day in the official Connecticut report, if any conspiracy theorists had bothered to read it, is the same explanation that I gave you. Just to be sure, let’s look up that “State Police Misc.” section that is referenced and see what that says. It’s on page 415. What do you know? Right on page 415, under the investigating agency State Police, we have 27 murders reported to the FBI under the UCR program, with another footnote that tells us:
“Includes 27 victims of Newtown mass shooting”
There’s really no way to argue your way around plain language like that. Game over.
This just goes to show how dishonest conspiracy theorists are with their “unanswered questions” spiel. These questions were clearly answered back in 2013 when all these reports were published on the internet for any interested member of the public to review. It took me less than an hour to look them over and find the answers, but the conspiracy theorists who pretend to be so concerned with this burning question couldn’t be bothered to do the most basic of investigative work in six entire years.
In fact, they wouldn’t have even needed to do this themselves. I’m certain if anyone had contacted the Connecticut State Police, or the Newtown PD, or the FBI and asked them where they could find the murders reported, they would have pointed them in the right direction. Apparently none of the conspiracy theorists could even be bothered to take two minutes to type up that email and fire it off.
Just goes to show they don’t really want answers, since they don’t take even the most basic little baby steps to try and find them.
There are actually are FReepers around from Newtown and the surrounding area who know victims’ families. This isn’t just some theoretical internet fun and games for them.
Some of them even posted about it when the incident happened and conspiracy truthers started in with their “crisis actor” and “hoax” BS, but no, conspiracy nuts do not care about the real people who suffered real tragedies or how their batshit crazy ravings might affect those people.

I am only concerned about the FBI’s listing of crimes. Looks like they don’t want to be pinned to the wall about it. That way, Lt. Vance and the state and local police can take the fall when the corruption is exposed and it all goes south and ‘falls on their head’ just like good ole Sheriff Israel.

Well, police consult with federal agencies all the time on cases where the feds are not the lead investigators. Have you never heard of sending evidence to an FBI crime lab, or requesting the help of FBI profilers?

No, you are the one missing the point. Both reports are part of the same program, the UCR program. One is the FBI’s report of the data it received, and the other is the state’s report of the data it reported. Both of them are in complete agreement, but the state report gives us the proof that you demanded, that the State Police were the agency that reported the Sandy Hook homicides to the FBI, which is why they are listed on the table for state-reported crimes. Sorry, but it’s all there in plain English, and you can’t tapdance your way around the fact that your “unanswered question” has been definitively answered.

Sure, I suppose you can keep asking questions instead of spending less than an hour looking at the records that have been publicly available for six years that could have answered those questions in a few minutes. It would just prove to everyone that you don’t actually want answers though.
