Dad of Sandy Hook victim wins suit against conspiracy theorists

The dad of a Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victim won a defamation lawsuit this week against conspiracy theorists who wrote a book claiming the 2012 shooting — in which 26 people, including 20 kids, lost their lives — never happened.

The book, “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook,” was pulled as the publisher settled claims filed by Lenny Pozner, whose 6-year-old son, Noah, was killed in the shooting.

IMO The wildest, most bizarre and kookiest conspiracy theories are there are no more incredible than the various different and contradictory “official versions of the truth”.

That’s an easy question actually. They aren’t listed under Newtown because Newtown didn’t report them to the FBI.

The rules for the UCR program, when it comes to crimes investigated by multiple agencies, state:

In Sandy Hook, the lead investigative agency was the Connecticut State Police, so the homicides were reported by the state, not by Newtown, and can be found simply by looking at the correct table:

I’ll never forget “parent” Robbie Parker laughing pre-press conference on CNN, or the medical examiner snickering as he answered questions about the “massacre”. And the aerial of the firehouse where people were walking in one door, out the other in a loop.

Notice I made no claims about a conspiracy - I just brought up things which are very odd about Sandy Hook. Last time there was a thread on this, someone crawled out from under a rock (or maybe from under a gay bar?) and suggested I was like Al Qaeda for asking questions.

So in Newtown in 2012 reported by the FBI are 7 Violent Crimes, 5 Forcible Rapes, 2 Aggravated Assaults, 185 Property Crimes, 32 Burglaries, 151 Larceny-Thefts, 2 Motor Vehicle thefts and 1 Arson but ZERO MURDERS FOR THE SO CALLED WORST MURDER OF THE CENTURY.

No, those crimes were reported TO the FBI, not BY the FBI.

Yes, Newtown did not report any murders to the FBI, because Newton PD was not the lead investigative agency for any murders.

No, I just read the accompanying explanatory materials on the UCR program, which explain quite clearly how it works. In fact, I even posted the relevant part of the rules that explain how it works in my previous post, with a link for you to go to the source materials and read all about it yourself, so you have no excuse for claiming ignorance.

You would have had to have killed me to keep me away from seeing my child’s body at the school. And no way in hell could I have given a bizarre interview to Deep State Anderson Cooper four days after my child had been brutally murdered like the McDonnells did. No swollen eyes. Laughing and acting stupid. I wouldn’t have been able to function and would probably have to be tranquilized for a lot longer than four days.
