The dad of a Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victim won a defamation lawsuit this week against conspiracy theorists who wrote a book claiming the 2012 shooting — in which 26 people, including 20 kids, lost their lives — never happened.
The book, “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook,” was pulled as the publisher settled claims filed by Lenny Pozner, whose 6-year-old son, Noah, was killed in the shooting.

This guy is nuts. Where are the kids who were murdered that day? Are they hiding out? Instead of losing money, I’d rather he be put in a psych hospital for a few years.
Sadly, there were folks here on FR that believed this guys crap, along with all the other “crisis actor” conspiracy kook drivel. I think most have moved on to the next conspiracy theory du jour, but they posted openly about it for quite a while.
Wonder why Pozner and the other parents haven’t sued the FBI? They’ve had plenty of time to correct their page. Seems like it is adding fuel to the fire that it was a hoax.

That’s a fantastic idea. And it’ll be extra fun when we get sued for pointing out Hillary went to Epstein Island where undarage sex slaves were/are kept. FOr pointing out that Comet Ping Pong Pizza has a logo that is listed in the FBI as a sign for pedophiles. And the lawsuits against anyone who writes about Arkancide and the Bush and Clinton family connections to the Mena dope smuggling operations.
Lawsuits of this type are as bright as the PATRIOT act and the creation of DHS. Told it would protect America, they have turned into America’s Stasi.
I think these conspiracies are sick but I will say what is just as sick is the bizarre handling by government (primarily the f.i.b agency and when a rat party president is in office) and media’s very selective reporting in cases such as Waco,Oklahoma City,Flight 800,9/11,Sandy Hook,Los Vegas etc.
Does their whole defamation lawsuit against the author(s) of the book exist because they said the Pozner kid’s birth certificate was a fraud? Hell, we’ve known the birth certificate Obama put on the the White House website has been a fraud for how long now? No one has been held accountable for that.
Look at what went on in the year leading up to the event. It’s like they had ESP or something...........

What’s sick is the lack of answers to simple questions. That’s what fuels the theories that they don’t like.
I know this much: The killer’s family and friends were absolutely devastated by all this. Conspiracy theories have added injury to severe injury.
You’ll still see them mention it now and again, and there were quite a few of them around here. I think they’re probably all congregating on a certain Thread That Shall Not Be Named now.
