We have younger relatives of both sexes (yeah only 2), who are middle management and above in industries where use of any illegal drug is banned for safety reasons.
Random drug tests are used, and termination occurs with a confirming drug tests shows recent use.
They saw this bs coming and now this endangers the random testing policies.
