The LGBTQ community has won the right to same-sex marriage and achieved unprecedented visibility in politics, media and entertainment. Yet we still lag far behind the straight and cis population when it comes to mental health, substance abuse and HIV rates.
Travis Salway is an epidemiologist trying to close this gap. In 2014, he discovered that in Canada, suicide had surpassed HIV as the leading cause of death among gay and bisexual men.

The chart is for suicide "attempts". Females have a much higher suicide "attempt" rate. Males have 3.6 times the actual SUCCESSFUL suicide rate, or about 10x the number of suicides relative to attempts.
Knowing a girl who has been coping with depression since 8th grade, a lot of girl "suicide attempts" are her way of saying "I'm unhappy. Somebody please pay more attention to me". Guys, on the other hand, are far more likely to just do it.
If they had no choice it would not be a death penalty sin. If they had no choice people wouldn’t go to hell for it.
God does not punish or damn us for our genetics.
The “born that way” premise prevents any attempt to treat the real problems. How does it help someone who was molested as a child to tell them they were born gay, so embrace it? Many homosexuals want help, but it is denied them by a system that says there is nothing wrong with them, and anyone who tries to help must be stopped for being homophobic.

The past and the present are not necessarily the future. As long as the future is considered to be open-ended, there is the existence of a possibility of something better waiting for them. And where there is possibility, there is hope. Hope turns to hopelessness when the future is believed to be as unchangeable as the past or present.
There are psychological techniques for manipulating timelines and changing a problem state into a desired outcome that can be achieved in the future.

Perhaps 'wrong' wasn't the right word. Maybe 'unnatural' would have been more correct or disordered as you said. I think to those who are born this way and not those who simply choose that lifestyle; they feel it's as natural as we do about preferring the opposite sex. Just surmising and going by what I've read on that though.
This outlook isn’t exclusive to homosexuals, et. al.
The majority of the straight population pretty much sees it that way too. Divorce rate is above 70 percent, and 4 out of 5 divorces are initiated by women, not men.
Marriage is for kids. To have and raise kids. Outside of that it is now all risk, especially for the male.
I’m not understanding why bisexual women kill themselves more than bisexual men, quite significantly. Bi-erasure is a thing, but you’d think it would affect the men more. When bisexuals come out to their spouse, men are on the average more accepting that their wife is attracted by her own gender in addition to men, but wives often fear their bisexual husband will cheat on her with a man, or that she can “never satisfy” him. Neither of which is true.
They are not killing themselves more, they are attempting suicide more.

So there are more men who kill themselves, more women who attempt suicide...
No they commit suicides at higher rates because they are MENTALLY ill
Their illness just happens to manifests itself in a way that include sexual behavior.. and moronic people try to claim the sexual behavior is separate from the mental illness... when it is not.
That’s because women use things like pills... men use guns and knives..

It's a carefully guarded secret (for PR reasons), but there is more than a fair amount of animus between the alphabet letters, particularly toward "bi's." They are seen as not "pure" members of the acronym in their trendy sexuality. After all, there is a chance that they'll settle down with a boring opposite sex mate. The HORRORS!
