Colin Flaherty is, and has been fighting a lonely fight against an epidemic of black on white violence, as well as this elephant in the room for the media, black on black violence.

Very few people stick up for him, but telling the truth is an absolute defense in my eyes.

The big problem is there is no consistent definition for what Mass Shooting means. So they make it mean whatever they want to advance their agenda.

A similar myth I see repeated over and over again as some sort of conventional wisdom is that almost all serial killers are white. In reality, the racial and ethnic breakdown among serial killers is about the same as those in the US population as a whole.

The grain of truth to the myth of "no black serial killers" and "no black mass shooters" is that while blacks are disproportionately over-represented among other violent criminals (especially armed robbery), they aren't particularly over-represented among mass shooters or serial killers. There's a difference between "not over-represented" and "under-represented", but try explaining that to those who need these myths as talking points.

There is the same amazing bias/denial of homosexual domestic violence and marijuana/drug related violence.
