President Donald Trump is planning on using the Insurrection Act to remove illegal immigrants from the United States, The Daily Caller has learned.
According to multiple senior administration officials, the president intends to invoke the “tremendous powers” of the act to remove illegal immigrants from the country.
“We’re doing the Insurrection Act,” one official said.
Under the Insurrection Act of 1807, the president has the authority to use the National Guard and military in order to combat “unlawful obstruction or rebellion” within U.S. borders. The act was last invoked in 1992 by George H.W. Bush to quell the Los Angeles riots, and was also used by Eisenhower in 1957 to enforce school desegregation in the south.
An official expressed concerns that Trump’s use of the act’s powers would face legal challenges, pointing to the lawsuits against the president’s travel ban from majority-Muslim countries. However, as the official noted, the travel ban ultimately prevailed in the Supreme Court.
In addition to the Insurrection Act, the president is also considering declaring the country full and insisting that the U.S. can no longer handle the massive influx of illegal immigrants. 2019 is currently on pace to reach the highest levels of illegal immigration in a decade.
“If you take a ship and it holds 1,000 people maximum — one more person and the ship is going to collapse,” the official explained. “The country is full.”
“Our hospitals are full, our detention centers are full,” they added.

Courts do not have most of the authority they and many citizens pretend it does.
Jail for judges who seize non-judicial authority to themselves or usurp the operation of the executive branch. Hard prison time is needed for many judges. The black robes have done extreme damage to our right to lawful government.

However, one argument against moving quickly is that public opinion must be prepared well in advance of bold moves....and as it stands now the declassification of key documents detailing the nuts and bolts of the Democrat coup have not been released. This must happen before public opinion starts to shift in the direction that would allow mass arrests.
In regards to Lincoln locking up over 38,000 potential traitorous threats to the Union - Yes, he did that, but only after the insurrection started.
I think if the Left rises in a massive national insurrection - Trump - like Lincoln - would make bold moves to include mass arrests of those deemed a threat to the country.

Those things don’t qualify for asylum. Not to mention there’s a maximum number of grants allowed annually. Per Congress. It’s around 100,000. From everywhere. But it’s not about expecting asylum, it’s about a system that allows someone who entered illegally to ask for it, and be released in the hope they turn up for a court hearing in the future. Likely to be ordered deported. It’s lawlessness in the extreme.

No need. Just implement the LIST and they will self-deport without cost to us.
The list goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population)
7) demonstrate English proficiency to acquire citizenship and pass civics test.
Public opinion on this issue is what got Trump elected years ago.
We're sick to death of waiting for him to do more than issue empty threats. We want and need bold action from him now.

The governors and mayors of border cities need to be arrested for aiding and abetting human trafficking and drug trafficking
