The mayor of South Bend, Indiana and an upstart 2020 presidential candidate has been accused of sexual assault.
“My name is Hunter Kelly. I am 21 years old. This is by far the hardest thing I have ever had to do. For the past three nights, I have not slept even a single hour. I have vomited eight times,” Kelly said in a Medium blog post.

I just searched google for this story. So far, nothing but infowars and bigleaguepolitics are coming up.
Didn’t we all expect this to happen, given the life style of homosexuals? His slander against Vice-President Pence’s Biblical Christianity was an effort to disparage any criticism about his sexual sin when it would be revealed.
If this guy can verify his story well enough, Buttigieg’s candidacy is toast. That will leave Biden-Sanders battling it out with the even more radical girls - Harris et al.

Why do these sexual accusations always come out only after someone has declared their candidacy for some office?

I’m a betting man. And so if I get good enough odds, I’ll bet that you are right. Hillary would like to see every announced candidate weakened. That would lead to a brokered convention. Then (in her mind) the party elders would turn to her.
Why else would Hillary (with Bill trailing behind) shlep from city to city on a speaking tour? They don’t need the money. But Hillary wants to stay in the public eye for 2020.
