Arab leaders are pressuring the Palestinian Authority to accept the peace plan drawn up by the Trump administration, which is expected to be released this June, a source within the Palestinian Authority claims.
According to a report over the weekend by the Qatari Alkhaleej Online outlet, a member of the Central Committee of PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas’ ruling Fatah party said that Arab leaders are applying “political and financial pressure” on the Palestinian Authority to accept the so-called ‘Deal of the Century’ – a framework for a final status agreement between Israel and the PA drawn up by the White House.
The effort to force the PA into accepting the deal is reportedly being led by Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates, according to the Fatah official.
“There are Arab countries, in particular Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt, which take great interest in the American deal, and are using everything available at their disposal, including political and financial pressure, to make sure that the Palestinians accept the deal, despite the risks it involves for Palestinian interests.”
On Sunday, PA chairman Mahmoud Abbas pushed back on calls for the PA to accept the Trump deal, telling a gathering of foreign ministers from Arab League member states that recently reelected Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was uninterested in peace, and that the Trump administration had disqualified itself as a peace broker.

Did we cut off aid to the PLO? If so, then there will be peace.
Part of this plan (multiple pieces) is to get Jordan to offer up full citizenship to Palestinians who’ve been in the country for decades. It basically gets this group to permanently accept their situation, and just be regular plain Jordanians. Whether the bulk would accept this idea or not....is an unknown. My hunch is that the US has something to offer Jordan, to take this step.

Qatar continues to give money to the PLA and Hamas in large amounts.
Arab leaders could absorb the Palestinians into their own countries. 90% at least would want to go. But that’s not considered a real solution because they serve a better purpose destabilizing Israel.

The Palestinian upper echelon is a crime family. I saw it close up it’s nothing more than the mob family. Good luck changing that group. They’ve been on the take and the dole since the beginning of time. Exhibit A Yasir Arafat(Egyptian) What did he have $5 billion in a French bank when he died. Sharpton and Jackson could only dream on that kind of haul for not destroying your business. A Palestinian professor said to me “that upper echelon will never change”. Hope he is wrong. So far he been spot on .
It’s a big land transfer, with these particular countries winning the most out of it.

Any agreement hinges on the ability to trust the palestinians. In other words 0% chance.
