This is surreal!
The unfortunate thing is, eventually, the “peace” will “work” (it will seem to work). That is how the Antichrist and the False Prophet are going to fool so many and by “peace” shall destroy many (Daniel 8:25).

25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.
The Prince of princes shall defeat the both of them (Revelation 19).
I don’t know that this is “it” but the world is being set up for “it” for sure. I still believe the Lawless One arises from Europe and “confirms the covenant”.
AND the land must be divided.
