House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler on Thursday requested Special Counsel Robert Mueller appear before his committee “as soon as possible”—and no later than May 23.
Nadler’s request came prior to the Justice Department’s imminent release of Mueller’s report to Nadler’s committee, the Senate Judiciary Committee, and the American public.
“It is clear Congress and the American people must hear from Special Counsel Robert Mueller in person to better understand his findings. We are now requesting Mueller to appear before @HouseJudiciary as soon as possible,” Nadler tweeted Thursday.

As with any lawsuit, the “discovery” is the best part.
And republican interrogation will be the best part of this.
It would be a great opportunity for the Republicans on the committee to grill him on why he had only partisan democrats working under him. And to get him on record saying that he never looked into whether Hillary or any other dems may have colluded with the Russians. And get him testifying under oath about the FISA applications being based on fraud and fabrications.

Imagine if Mueller (or someone else in front of the committee) were to make a comment along the lines of
“Chairman Nadler, I’m deeply concerned about your seemingly insatiable need to allege a crime against a duly elected president and then work your way backwards in hopes of finding kernels of evidence that might support it. That’s not how things work in America. And it can’t be allowed to become how things work. It’s time for you to accept reality and let this witch hunt end.”
