It sounds like the key take away from this panel was that Mueller did the investigation but left it up to the American people to determine if there was Trump/Russian collusion.
So these guys are just starting that conversation by saying that Trump did collude, there is plenty of evidence of it in the report and Mueller intended for that message to get out....via the fake news media.
I can't believe the optics and irony of Brennan being in on this panel condemning Trump. He's one of the ringleaders of this spying and coup-wannabe circus.

It is my personal opinion that those FISA judges were willing, nay joyful, enthusiastic participants in the attempted coup against Donald Trump. Ever since we’ve known about the shady process that was used in securing and renewing those warrants, there has not been so much as a peep out of any of those judges, not even the much vaunted skinny old blonde supposedly in charge of the lash-up.
