A lawyer for President Trump has bad news for congressional Democrats crusading to release the president’s tax returns.
In a letter Friday, William Consovoy said the IRS is forbidden from divulging tax information without a “legitimate legislative purpose.”He also maintained that doing so would set a “dangerous legal precedent”
This, after House Ways and Means chair Richard Neal petitioned the IRS for six years worth of the president’s tax returns. Consovoy called the move a “transparent effort” to harass a sitting president, simply out of dislike for his politics.
Democrats are disgusting frauds & losers.

Would the democrats accept my tax returns for the last 50 years instead of POTUS Trump? That will keep them busy for at least 50 minutes. And many will die of boredom.

Trump should ORDER the IRS, very publicly, to not release this information.
Notify them, and the Congress it is privileged information protected by the doctrine of Separation of Powers.
Then use all the power and force at his disposal to prevent it.
Not only that, it is quite possible that many Trump schedules says "details upon request"
I listened to MSLSD news this morning.
Their total line was about President Donald Trump telling the IRS not to release his tax records.
They then went on to say the President broke the law but talking to the IRS..lol.

Tax returns are profit and loss or commonly, income and expense, statements over a fixed time period, like a year.
Over that year, how much did you make versus how much did you spend to make it? The difference is considered net income and that's what you pay taxes on.
A balance sheet is a snapshot at one moment in time of your assets and liabilities. What you own versus what you owe, basically.
All simplified, of course.
But these congressional committee democRATS don't want his tax returns to learn anything from them except what they can use against him.

Nah. Democrats would happily latch on to anything he did like ordering the irs not to do that. They’re trying to trip him up any way they can, then impeach him if he so much as steps on a crack. (Of course, it was ENTIRELY different when Odiablo was President. He was under no such restraints. And the lily livered corrupt Republican leadership wouldn’t do ANYTHING to stop HIS abuses of power.)
I don’t think he’s hiding anything. He’s standing up to a bunch of bullies.
Is there a way to sue the House for abuse of power? I suppose it would have to happen at the SC.
