Stelter wrote in his newsletter “Reliable Sources” Wednesday night that viewers aren’t tuning in to CNN and MSNBC because “there hasn’t been much news” since special counsel Robert Mueller delivered his report on Russian collusion to Attorney General Bill Barr. Fox News has not been affected by the alleged slow news week, Stelter reasoned, because Barr’s letter on the Mueller findings is “being celebrated like a sequel to election night.”

1. More than two years of accusation and investigation of President Trump ends in him being exonerated. Media and Hollywood shown as fake news.
2. $1B of wall to be funded from Military budget.
3. Smollet case demonstrates collusion - possibly from a high ranking democrat like Harris or Obama.
4. President and some members of the Legislative branch to start seeking justice (not revenge). Corruption as we’ve seen here to be addressed.
5. President Trump calls for Shiffy to resign
6. (think it was this week) The Green New Deal brought to the floor of the Senate - not 1 person voted in favor of it.
7. Baseball season kicking off here in Texas. Go Rangers! Go Texans!
Think I’m missing one other notable for this week, but those 7 come to mind immediately.
The appetite for fake news has been satisfied. Layoffs can’t be far off.
