Authorities and corporate entities are trying their darnedest to scrub the thing from the Internet. They’ll never do it, but they can make it difficult to find. I got my copy of the video from a bitTorrent download (a Pirate Bay link).

Putting a person in jail for 10 years for viewing a video, is as heinous a crime as murder. Arguably worse, because it’s done with tyrranical authority; and like murder, can be committed against anyone for any reason and there’s no recourse, no justice.
I get that their country has been shocked by the violent killings, but emotion is being allowed to take control of the law. Eventually, someone is going to sue about it, if NZ is anything like the USA in rule of laws.
If anyone finds a copy of that video, be sure to archive it, because rest assured, leftists will use a *distorted* version of what happened in it as justification for whatever tyranny they wish to impose.
There is no, zero, legitimate reason to threaten someone with 10 years in prison for possession of information, in whatever form. But if you think such an obsession is impossible, you remember what happens to those who get their hands on incriminating information about Hillary Clinton, don’t you?

So once again people have to give up their rights for the benefit of muslims who hate them.
That’s just wrong. There’s not other way to put it. It’s a massive violation of people’s right to discuss such matters, and to understand it all, you need to be able to see what took place.

My tin hat slipped a little, and I’m wondering if the reason they want to quash the video, and they are blurring the face of the guy in the current photos and videos of him in court and coming and going in custody.....
....is because the person in the streaming video of the event, is not the person they have in custody, and they know it, but don’t want us to figure it out..

I watched the video. It has a surreal FPS video game look to it. Not particularly good quality though. With all the planning and effort that went in to visually documenting this event, I’m surprised he didn’t spend some money on a better camera. All things considered, 4K GoPros are pretty cheap.
