The college admissions scandal: finally, a big story which the MSM can't pin to President Trump. But not so fast, my friend! Where there's a will to trash Trump, there's a way.
And so it was that this morning, CNN, with a big assist from New York Times columnist and CNN contributor Frank Bruni, found a way to tie the Trump family to the admissions scandal.
On New Day, Bruni suggested that a donation to Harvard made by Jared Kushner's father was not "morally different" from the crimes committed in the college admissions scandal. Right. Other than the Kushner donation being legal, and the crimes being, uh, crimes.

The irony is that Kennedy (early 2000s) wanted to ban legacy admissions at the college level.
I guess the Kennedy DNA was so adulterated by booze, drugs, and STDs that it would cost them a fortune to overcome the lack of academic ability in order to compete against "legacies" that were more suited to (what were) the rigors of higher education.
You mean the Obama daughter that worked for Weinstein?
**************************************************************
What Kushner’s parents did or not do, when they did it or didn't do it is none of Donald J. Trump's business, yes Kushner is his SIL now, but was he then? And did Donald J. Trump donate to Kushner’s college fund???
And yes, I want Cuomo and other New York uppity ups that think their
. doesn't stink let us know HOW they got the money to get their brainless brats in a used to be well known and run University...including the brainless John F’n Kerry!!! (Bushes we know got money from drug deals with Clintons in Mena, Arkansas and other places with oil deals and protecting those people involved with 9-11)...
Does Jared Kushner’s dad work for the administration?
Lets not forget the Kennedy School of Parental Enabling at Harvard.
The left hates it when one of their own is caught. Out of bitterness it lashes out at normal people who are doing nothing wrong.
Typical for cnn.
Charles Kushner is a huge donor to many educational institutions.
He’s also a felon for illegal campaign contributions to DEMOCRATS.
Did it include SAT Test cheating too?..this seems to me what is front and center now
Frank Bruni should check the perps’ FEC records.
And then pray that Obama wasn’t selling letters of recommendation.
I couldn't say for sure. It was more of a "wink wink" agreement than anything else. Kinda like what happened when HLS hired Lizzie Warren to get the feds off their back for not having any Native Americans on their staff...
NYT's Bruni states Trump is like Willie Sutton - both took money out of banks... (Details like Trump used his ATM card to legally take money from his account didn't matter to Bruni or the corrupt New York Times...because... because ... because they suck.)
Ah, CNN..... Someone really needs to take a flamethrower to the place. Cut the electricity! Save us from all the CNN mouthpieces inane opining.
And while we are at it, lets go over the Kennedys too. Or any other democrap politician.
More TDS.......
They just have to try to shoehorn Trump into anything that happens.
Last night Rob Lowe sent out a tweet saying how proud he is of his sons hard work getting into college. But Rob was shamed into deleting it by other celebs. I dont blame Rob for bragging that his son got in the honest way....all those kids of privledge are now going to be judged, and rightfully so. And they can blame their friends.

Well, I would bet that it’s over 90%, and that these mostly liberal folks were desperate that their perfectly normal (as opposed to exceptional) kids get into these exceptional schools so as to avoid the riff-raff and, in later instances of the scandal, Trump voters.
Just a guess, since I’m forbidden to actually judge what was in their hearts.
The Covington folks are suing CNNNN for $275 million. Maybe that will bring them down to the dust.
