(CNSNews.com) - On his way to Vietnam last night, President Donald Trump tweeted his disgust at the Senate's failure on Monday to break the Democrat filibuster of the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protect Act:
Senate Democrats just voted against legislation to prevent the killing of newborn infant children. The Democrat position on abortion is now so extreme that they don’t mind executing babies AFTER birth.
This will be remembered as one of the most shocking votes in the history of Congress. If there is one thing we should all agree on, it’s protecting the lives of innocent babies.
As CNSNews.com reported , all but three Senate Democrats -- including all of the confirmed and possible 2020 presidential contenders -– voted Monday to block legislation requiring a baby born alive during a botched abortion to receive the same level of care as any other newborn infant.
While the Senate voted 53-44 to advance the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, the result fell short of the 60 votes needed to break a Democrat filibuster.
Earlier this month, Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) blocked an attempt to pass The Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act by voice vote, which means the Senate needs 60 votes to advance the legislation.
Murray tweeted Monday after the Senate failed to advance the bill:
"This bill would have hurt women and families—plain and simple. I'm against it in the strongest terms. I'm glad we rejected it, and everybody who cares about women, families, doctors, and upholding the Constitution should be too. #ProtectProviders"

If the government quit subsidizing abortion and selling baby parts was illegal (and prosecuted), the abortion industry would shrink to almost nothing.

I don’t know, the House forwarded a bill like this to the Senate on 1/19/2018 but that was the last Congress.

The democrat party loves the money that feminazis give, as well as the votes. The democrat party is completely willing to let babies die so that the money and votes keep flowing in.

Since there are 53 Republican senators, and three Democrats voted with the Republican majority, that means that three Republicans voted with the Democrat baby killers. Who were the three? I have to assume that Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins were two of them; I would then assume Cory Gardner of Colorado was the other one.
Patty Murray is a dumb, lost, leftist hack of a human. She and her ilk are proud arrogant ghouls of delusional values. Innocent baby blood will be accounted against such as her kind.
