The Trump administration announced Tuesday that it was canceling a federal grant to California worth nearly $1 billion after Gov. Gavin Newsom announced the cancelation of the state’s high-speed rail project last week.

He should simply direct the Department of Justice to assist those suing the state and federal government for loss of life due to protection given to these Criminal Invaders. Usually the deep pockets of the federal government are used to go after good people. This time use it to go after the treacherous government officials of the sanctuary cities

Maybe if CA had been a little nicer, Trump may have been a little more willing to make changes to the federal grant to allow CA to keep the money.

The Feds probably do have legal standing to modify the grant and decide not to release any further funds. CA has modified their contract for construction.
