The New York Senate passed a radical pro-abortion bill Tuesday that would allow unborn babies to be aborted for basically any reason up to birth.
Metro reports the bill passed after abortion activists pushed it for more than a decade in New York. Until now, it failed to pass the state Senate because of Republican lawmakers, but the November election put pro-abortion Democrats in control of both houses.
The vote was 38-24.
A New York Public Radio reporter said she heard a voice shout, “May almighty God have mercy on this state!” in the Senate soon after the vote.
The legislation goes beyond Roe v. Wade, allowing abortions even when the Supreme Court has said states may regulate them, according to the pro-life leaders. Late-term abortions, which currently are illegal in New York, would be allowed, and non-doctors would be allowed to perform them.

Somehow the big contentious federal budget agreement still allowed millions for Planned Parenthood.
The thought that all of our personal income tax amounts all these years could be said to go toward funding the immorality of Planned Parenthood is terrible.
Sad, that while we held all three branches of govt, that this horrid funding did not get stopped.

There are plenty of us in Upstate who are just aghast, disgusted, and incensed over the whole thing.
Until they went to the next crisis... Then they’d switch back.....and add free licenses to illegals to practice wherever....
By passing this law, New York has set up the lawsuit that will overturn Roe Vs Wade.
He who aborts a live child is a murderer. She who permits such a murder is a felony child abuser and acessory to murder.
By tending only to your own body you become a criminal.
As soon as the head emerges, it can be in a guillotine and it can be triggered before the rest is born. The rest of the kid isn’t born yet, so it can be aborted.
The baby can feel pain, so will they give him or her anything for relief before the murder, or just reach right in with the forceps and start tearing off arms and legs? Or is it the stab the baby in the back of the head with scissors, and crush the skull?

Democrats/Marxist don't care anyway. Human beings are nothing but replaceable cogs in the government machine, (not individuals with Rights), to be controlled and used by their "betters". It doesn't matter to them that each abortion destroys one person's unique genetic code, and whatever that person's purpose was. (Maybe he/she was going to find the cure for Cancer?)
