South Carolina GOP Sen. Lindsey Graham issued a statement Thursday calling for President Donald Trump to invoke national emergency powers to fund his border wall.
"Speaker (Nancy) Pelosi's refusal to negotiate on funding for a border wall/barrier -- even if the government were to be reopened -- virtually ends the congressional path to funding for a border wall/barrier," Graham said in a statement. "It is time for President Trump to use emergency powers to fund the construction of a border wall/barrier."

He’ll do it, some judge will block it, the Ninth Circuit will uphold the block, then sometime in 2020 the U.S. Supreme Court (if Ginsburg is still on it) will rule 5-4 against him, because Roberts loves illegals.

2) The Ds shop for and find a friendly judge to tie the case up
3) Lindsey suggests DJT opens up government while the matter is pending.
Bad idea. This is Lindsey Graham telling Trump to build the wall himself because Congress doesn’t want to do its damn job.
These Republicans exposed themselves as frauds with the ObamaCare repeal debacle ... and they're doing it again with border security.
I consider the mainstream press to be the mortal enemy of the American People and our Republic. To that end, I wish to see them all stripped of their U.S. citizenship and expelled for life from American soil. That is the least consequence they should each face for their subversive behavior and outright treasonous actions. If it were in my power to do so, then they all - down to a man - would face a firing squad, and their carcasses dumped into the deepest part of the ocean - unmarked and forgotten.

President Trump left Washington on Thursday on a trip to McAllen, Texas, that he did not want to take to discuss a crisis on the border that Democrats say does not exist.
Their disagreement has led to a protracted shutdown affecting vast swaths of the federal government that have nothing to do with the construction of a wall between the United States and Mexico.
But as the government shutdown neared the end of its third week, the president left Washington with no additional negotiations scheduled with congressional leaders. In remarks to reporters on Thursday, Mr. Trump left open the possibility of declaring a state of emergency, which could allow him to bypass Congress to fund the wall.
