How can a person “hear” ORAL arguments (a requirement for a Justice, btw— is to participate in the Questions and rebuttals of the presenting attorneys, both sides) when one is getting “transcripts” of them? Since a good part of the decision making process for each Justice is the give and take with their collegial members.
Not the distilling of the arguments by this declining justices’ law clerks, all of whom are some more of those “non-partisan” aspects of the SCOTUS that Chief Justice Roberts ludicrously referred to.

Collins is not usually a problem. She may grouse a little, but she comes around.

One of the doctors said he would be concerned if she didn’t improve in the next few days.

There is “Precedent” for almost anything that the court might do!
They’re hardly the august body that they’d like to pretend to be.
They have NOT issued any kind of “condition”, i.e., excellent, good, fair....”resting comfortably” is not a condition.
Still trying to sugarcoat the facts. “after doctors removed two cancerous growths from her left lung on Dec. 21.” . They removed an entire LOBE! They try to make it sound as if she had a couple of moles removed.
