California and Los Angeles County to Remove 1.5 Million Inactive Voters from Voter Rolls – ..
Judicial Watch ^ | 1/3/2019 | ADMIN

Posted on 01/03/2019 1:07:27 PM PST by bitt

Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it signed a settlement agreement with the State of California and County of Los Angeles under which they will begin the process of removing from their voter registration rolls as many as 1.5 million inactive registered names that may be invalid. These removals are required by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA).

The NVRA is a federal law requiring the removal of inactive registrations from the voter rolls after two general federal elections (encompassing from 2 to 4 years). Inactive voter registrations belong, for the most part, to voters who have moved to another county or state or have passed away.

Los Angeles County has over 10 million residents, more than the populations of 41 of the 50 United States. California is America’s largest state, with almost 40 million residents.

Judicial Watch filed a 2017 federal lawsuit to force the cleanup of voter rolls (Judicial Watch, Inc., et al. v. Dean C. Logan, et al. (No. 2:17-cv-08948)). Judicial Watch sued on its own behalf and on behalf of Wolfgang Kupka, Rhue Guyant, Jerry Griffin, and Delores M. Mars, who are lawfully registered voters in Los Angeles County. Judicial Watch was also joined by Election Integrity Project California, Inc., a public interest group that has long been involved in monitoring California’s voter rolls.

“Its bizarre how in many ways, Judicial Watch has more balls, and is a better guardian of the rule of law, than the Republican Party.”

Or the DOJ, for that matter.

In other news, Kali has legislatively changed the spelling of ‘Republican’ to I-N-A-C-T-I-V-E.

(JUST HERE FOR A BETTER LIFE) DREAMers discuss going ballot-harvesting in California to flip the House blue
American Thinker ^ | January 2, 2019 | Monica Showalter / FR Posted by george76

It was one of those heartstring-tugging, tear-jerking, carefully curated narratives about DREAMers we're supposed to read and then respond to with sympathy. But a story that ran in the Los Angeles Times yesterday accidentally did more to raise questions about the issue of ballot-harvesting in California than any raving right-wing warning tome could ever do. The Times describes how California's famed ballot-harvestors, who flipped places such as Orange County blue ...Third World foreign nationals voting, without any fear of prosecution. That changes the nature of the election, and in fact, the U.S. republic itself.

Voting up until now has been a practice reserved for citizens. Today, non-citizens vote, by getting hold of indifferent Americans, and filling in the ballots by proxy, no fingerprints visible. And who knows what kind of coercion may be employed by some of them.

And if DREAMers can do it to promote their own political agenda, what's to stop other foreigners - with far more malign agendas, from doing it? Shall a team of Russian or Chinese agents, or Arab terrorists, or Mexican cartels, be allowed in next to help harvest the ballots? (You know the Chinese are thinking about it). They're as foreign as DREAMers, and it would be perfectly legal under the current California law.

Ballot-harvesting, which is illegal in most states, makes this all possible. And what that means is that the House has been flipped in no small part by foreigners, who not only cast one ballot, they may have cast dozens and dozens of ballots, all from the advantages of ballot-harvesting. As I was just coming home and worrying about all the stuff going on in my life, my family’s lives, my friends’ lives, and what’s happening in Washington, Moscow, North Korea, the Middle East, Hillary Clinton’s scandals, Donald Trump, Fox News, and with CNN, MSNBC and the Washington Post downgrading of our military and our country, the terrorists infiltrating our border, the illegals, the refugees and how our country is rapidly losing its sanity and its Christianity.

Then, near my house, I saw a sign that said:

NEED HELP?

CALL JESUS

800-555-3787

Out of curiosity and desperation, I called the number.

An illegal alien with a leaf blower showed up.

My guess is anyone who is registered Republican or Decline To State in LA County is likely to be removed.

Just the tip of the RAT and Soros voter fraud iceberg!! Let the investigations and prosecutions begin; prison cells are waiting!

The number of illegal votes cast aka voter fraud in CA in 2016 was supposedly 3 million or more.

Yep, and the (D) voters will get one more chance to become active again. Well, maybe a few more chances.

Will the dead who have continued voting in every election be allowed to stay on the voters roll?

"How many voted and revoted during the Midterms?"

Of the 1.5 million inactive?

6.0 million.

With 110% going for the (D)'s.

At least it will be somewhat cleaned up for the next election. Better to do it late than to let it go on for future elections. I admire Judicial Watch for achieving things no one else has the spine to do.

You know, after they stole a lot of seats in the mid-terms, some version of that wouldn’t surprise me one bit.
