he Supreme Court won’t let the Trump administration begin enforcing a ban on asylum for any immigrants who illegally cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
New Justice Brett Kavanaugh and three other conservative justices sided with the administration.
The court’s order Friday leaves in place lower court rulings that blocked President Donald Trump’s proclamation in November automatically denying asylum to people who enter the country from Mexico without going through official border crossings.
Trump said he was acting in response to caravans of migrants making their way to the border.
The administration had also complained that the nationwide order preventing the policy from taking effect was too broad.
But Chief Justice John Roberts and the court’s four more liberal justices rejected the administration’s suggestion for narrowing it.

Roberts is literally violating the division of powers, and dictating his personal supremacy over both the Legislative Branch and the Executive Branch, AGAIN!
According to the Constitution, Congress legislates immigration law, and the Executive Branch is tasked with enforcing the law and protecting our borders!
The actual law here requires Trump to act as he has.
Roberts has decided to make the President violate the law!
This guy is not just a swing vote, he has fundamentally and in principle taken action as our new King, destroyed the authority of our Constitution, and has realistically forced money to be spent from the public treasury (tax payer), to be used to pay for an dangerous and murderous foreign invasion.
This is in its most basic form, raw treason.
Trump did not violate the law in any tiny way!
Trump upheld the law!
And as insane as the conclusion is, Roberts decision grants US Constitutional rights to every living person around the world, and would require all populations from around the world, who can make it here, be provided total care and representation, AND that it be paid for by the taxes of the working American citizen.
As well, following through with this same exact logic, he must then intervene with his vote, to allow all people to have the right to vote in a US election.
WOW!
At its core, this reflects a militantly anti-American, anti US sovereignty, open borders globalist, who see’s American borders and sovereignty, and those who would defend our sovereignty, as an impediment to be destroyed!
This is true anti-American, left wing, global socialist governance, as is even possible.
What Roberts did here pretty much violated and destroyed the entire Constitution at once.
In a perfect world, a Constitutionally lawful Congress would have no choice but to remove Roberts with prejudice, and then try him for treason, as he acted to destroy all fundamental laws rooted within our parliamentary Constitution, and elevate himself to a real King.
And he is destroying our nation for his own fame and popularity (glory)!
Trump will not survive if he does not find some liberty and American loving patriots within the NSA, CIA, DOJ, and FBI, as these guys possess everything when it comes to communication of all types.
This is how the anti-American left-wing global socialists have destroyed generals, controlled governments, and the source of the real Kremlin/American global socialist trying to carry out a coup against Trump.
The alphabet soup are the sources, for all conservative efforts to sustain liberty and our nation ending in failure.
The Clintons were able to infill all of these agencies with true anti-American left wing ideologues, and then get the background files on many or most of the movers and shakers in our government.
Trump really needed to do a Clinton on the DOJ and IC when he came into office.

This article is ridiculous. The Supreme Court did not rule on these issues - but it is written as though they did. This was a decision on whether or not to bypass the normal appellate process - they decided not to do it. Otherwise, 4 votes would have been enough for the Court to hear the case on an appeal.
This article is fake news - yet look at how many people commenting fell for it - if it had that effect here, then think of the effect among the less politically savvy that are reading it.

99% of the gist of this article is fake news. The Court did rule against the administration - but only in against bypassing the normal appellate process. They made no rulings on the merits on the case - yet the article is written as though they did - to paint President Trump in a negative light. There was also no “asylum ban” - the policy was that they must go to official ports of entry and apply rather than crossing illegally into the country.
People are easily swayed by MSM fake news articles...even here.

SCOTUS is not the final authority. Show me the legislative law which their ruling is based upon.

Congress, Presidents, governors, legislatures, IRS/FBI/DOJ and all others set up potential possible judicial decisions, which are ALL Decided by the Supreme Court often by one vote by the Swing Justice.
Limbaugh estimates “80% of the leftist agenda stuffed into our culture was not voted on but rather was the result of the courts.”

*The federal circuit judges (HI,OR,CA especially), and the Supreme Court 5-4 decisions totally run our religious practice, life and death such as abortion, immigration and our borders, our sex lives and definitions of gender, and all types of private and public activity and taxation.

There are some laws and guidelines that coincide with what the president wants to do, but his opponents have found a law that directly forbids the new policy.
That law was the basis for the lower court's decision and you can find references to that part of the federal code on this thread.
I wish it were otherwise, but so far as I can see, the fault here was Congress's.

Sadly this crap has been going on for decades with one justice or judge at different levels reversing what we have voted on, or weakening our constitution.
