Special counsel Robert Mueller on Monday night released a memo detailing then-national security adviser Michael Flynn's interview with FBI agents, in which Flynn repeatedly lied about his contacts with former Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak.
The FBI officials who interviewed Flynn, including former agent Peter Strzok, gave him multiple opportunities to describe his conversations with Kislyak. Flynn denied that he spoke to the then-Russian ambassador about sanctions.
The memo about the FBI interview was filed by Mueller in federal court in Washington, D.C.
Flynn is set to be sentenced in that federal court on Tuesday.

So no 302?
Unredacted?
I can’t see where he did anything wrong. Talking with a Russian...even about some future policy...is speculative in nature. It’s not like there was a written agreement between them...And Flynn had absolutely no power. He was a spokesperson.
I spoke to a Russian waitress at Perkins last week. Ordered a ham and cheese omelette. Don’t tell mueller.
Game, set, match. The had all weekend to fabricate the 302, then claim it was updated to fix an error. the judge will accept it and that will be the end of it. Flynn is now a convicted felon. So much much for recognizing ones service to country, only hillory and mueller will get that honor.
Now wait a minute. The memo doesn’t say he “repeatedly lied”, and he did not deny discussing sanctions, he didn’t recall and doubted he had certain things based on the circumstances and his level of knowledge at the time.
Where are the lies?
You have to keep in mind Flynn didn’t claim he didn’t lie, his lawyers raised other issues about the interview.
So what is Mueller claiming that Flynn lied about?
...So no 302?...
It says 302a in the upper left corner. What’s the deal with the date explanation?
Flynn lied to protect the ambassador and not himself.
So where is the phase “lied” used? If the agents thought he “lied” where is that word used?
The issue is Flynn is saying he lied. Why the crap he lied I have no clue. I suspect because he thought it may have been wrong to talk to them even though it wasn’t.
That's our top flight political reporter, always dead on...
An extremely lame reason to convict him.
Where is the underlying crime ?!?
Where is the underlying crime ?!?
Where is the underlying crime ?!?
To get to President Trump. Haven’t you figured that out? Everything they are doing is to try to get to President Trump.
I asked for Russian Dressing at a major hotel. I was whisked away and interrogated for 4 hours.
