The Gaurdian is to the left of the NYT. That said, Roberts surprised me with what was an idiotic statement. Obongo openly criticized the SC for the citizens United decision at the SOTU address and Roberts said nothing. Everyone knows there are activitist Obama Judges. This is a bad sign. It looks like Roberts is going to be another Rat Judge as feared.
RGB could recuse, too, for her comments during the presidential campaign.

The USSC appointments were for LIFE to insure that the Judges decisions were NOT political and that a good political job wasn't at the end of their reign if they ruled a certain way.
