“BTW, I heard this exchange on the radio and didn’t know the race of the person asking it.”

You obviously didn’t catch her name-— Yamiche Alcindor (from PBS).

It seems like the phony journalists have gotten together and agreed to constantly heckle the President to try and get him to lose control. And as usual, they can then point out how he is unstable. A new low for the media.

The implication was lost on me-———he called the question racist, not her.
Headers should be factual, not leading us to imply something.

I was in heavy traffic and didn't catch her name.
But I thought that, whatever her name, Trump nailed her on her racism.
A racist question is a question posed by a racist and Trump was powerful in his response to her.

White, non-Hispanic or Latino, in is the low 60s, but it’s the downward trend that is ominous, especially in key states. When Texas & Florida go, we become a one party nation.

"PBS reporter Yamiche Alcindor accused President Trump of being the leader of the White Nationalist party on Wednesday."
What she said for PBS was wrong, but that's not what she said. Need to tighten up a little bit on the paraphrasing rhetoric, and the story will still get plenty of attention. Don't do what the big media companies do. Outshine them instead.
A better paraphrase might be something like, "She accused President Trump of using rhetoric that caused the Republican Party to support white nationalists." It's really better to use direct quotes of the offender's words, though, maybe quoted phrases for concise delivery.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but a question cannot be racist. It can be a question asked by a racist or a question that, hypothetically,
might be asked by a racist. Or it can be a question that implies that the person to whom it is posed is a racist (I think that is what Yamiche Alcindor was doing--and Trump hurled it right back at her) .
A sentence with a question mark at the end cannot, in and of itself, be racist. That's just how we refer (idiomatically) to such a question or statement.
Only a person can be racist.
Your race has nothing to do with your choice to be a nationalist supporting the well being of your nation above other nations.
""There is much talk about 'jingoism'. If by 'jingoism' they mean a policy in pursuance of which Americans will with resolution and common sense insist upon our rights being respected by foreign powers, then we are 'jingoes'."
__Theodore Roosevelt
The MSM prefers self flagellation and giving away our economic strength before any and all foreign powers. And of course, we white men are to blame for all the world's ills so we should accept any name calling and bow before the wishes of any minority simply because of the sex and skin color we were born with.
BS
--------------
PBS as a news organization has become just one more partially government funded member of the MSM supporting the DemonRat mantra and preaching hate for our President and......for us. PBS should have been de-funded decades ago just like Planned Parenthood should be today.

That didn’t matter until he became the Republican nominee for president. Since then 95% of the LSM coverage on him is negative.

He did not actually call her a racist. He called her question racist. There is a big difference. He condemned her behavior with an expectation she should have behaved better.
To: Proud White Trump Supporter
She should change her name to Yamiche Abdul-Jabber.
