Headers should be factual,not leading us to imply something.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but a question cannot be racist. It can be a question asked by a racist or a question that, hypothetically, might be asked by a racist. Or it can be a question that implies that the person to whom it is posed is a racist (I think that is what Yamiche Alcindor was doing--and Trump hurled it right back at her) .

A sentence with a question mark at the end cannot, in and of itself, be racist. That's just how we refer (idiomatically) to such a question or statement.

Only a person can be racist.
