With each passing day and with each bit of information that seeps out about Christine Blasey Ford, it is clearer and clearer that what the Democrats have done to Judge Brett Kavanaugh has been a setup from the outset.

Andrew McCarthy has a good article in NR on just this...the Dems have “criminalized politics” and in doing so have nearly destroyed our legal institutions, such as presumption of innocence, etc. because political conflicts were never meant to be treated as crimeinal matters. It just might be that all this will boomerang on the perps if the already mentioned investigations of those who might have lied under oath take place. Lying under oath has to carry serious penalties. Otherwise, it is a useless and ineffective tool. Some people need to go to jail if they are found guilty of attempting to obstruct and sabotage the SC confirmation process of the US government.

Simple, put Doctor Blasey Fraud in prison for perjury, witness tampering and conspiration.

Her story, created in 2012, is unassailable. There are no specifics to disprove. She has zero culpability other than reading the news in 2012 that Kavanaugh was Romney's #2 pick. Gorsuch was #6 and also went to Georgetown prep, but she had to choose one target. So in 2012 she chose her target and internalized the story. Everything else after that cannot be prosecuted.

The Senate owes it to Kavanaugh to try Ford, et al., and in front of every news camera.

See my previous post. Ford did nothing other than make up a story in 2012. There's no way to prove that she did that. There are no specifics in her story whatsoever, so there is no way to show that it is false. It's the perfect crime, with no evidence (e.g. no body).

A few dozen and thousands more to take their place. Trump can fight this one way, by exposing (e.g. ridiculing) the enemy and inspiring people to vote the right way. If you think that the state can be used to fight the state, you are mistaken.

Soros has a first amendment right to pay leftists. Clinton was let off the hook basically by giving all her underlings immunity. Obama was protected from the culpability for Crossfire Hurricane by doing everything "by the book". The idea that a couple people can be prosecuted shows a lack of understanding of the problems. The managerial state, the leftist takeover of the schools and colleges, the dumbing down of the population, the bread and circus promoted by leftists and supported by many people here who promote cable TV.
