Red Wave: Heitkamp down in N.D. as Hawley surges in Missouri
The National Sentinel ^ | 10/2/18 | USA Features

Midterms: Democrats expecting to blow out Republicans during the midterms in six weeks should take stock of this sobering fact: It’s likely their party will remain in the minority and even lose ground given what we’re seeing in key states and on the campaign trail.

Right now, Real Clear Politics has some races — Arizona and Nevada — leaning Democratic, which seems odd given that Sen. Dean Heller in Nevada is running a good campaign and Arizona is a red state.

But other races Democrats have been hyping for months are good news for Republicans.

Kavanaugh blowback.

Need to keep the investigation going another week or two. Dems are killing themselves on this issue.

Amazing, the Nazi Dems have awoken the sleeping giant.

These women will vote no if they know they are sure losers in November. No reason to be undecided at this time. Everything is out there. It suggests no core values.

No, Leftist, too many of which are already the tall grass that AntiFa etc hides in, rioting after his confirmation will do a better job of that.

Chicago 1968 comes to mind.

If there is truly an upswing for the GOP over the Kavanaugh BS, I think it will continue whether it goes on or he is confirmed. The 'rats will continue with their demonizing tactics regardless.

If Kavanaugh loses his patience with the republicans, gaming this could be a terrible mistake. Further, the RINOs would ultimately sense weakness and demand an up-or-down vote at the absolute worst moment.

But like I said at the begining of this, they hand us lemons and we should make lemonade.

I’m wondering if someone is qualified to be on a jury that believes this b.s.

You’ve got the witnesses named by her all contradicting her. She remembers basically nothing that isn’t in the public domain. The entire story could have been concocted from Mike Judge’s book and info in the public domain.

How does the confirmation if done this Friday affect the next few weeks?

1. Ticked off Dems show up to vote and are activated

OR

2. Demoralized Dems stay home

?

Equally important: got word that Coffman (CO) is now tied in his internals. This was a house seat most chalked up as a loss, and now some polls saying Comstock (VA) will hang on (ditto). FL27 a dead heat (that was another sure loss). The R thought to be in trouble in NC now up; OH Rs all safe; TX Rs all safe; Hunter (CA) up in his race. Rossi (WA) leading in his internals.

So I keep asking, where are the Ds gonna find 23 flips in the House? Right now, I have them with 9, and I’m being generous. We have 2 D-R flips in MN, with a possibility of a 3rd. FL 7 just saw the D candidate die (!). No word on McSally’s seat, so that could turn out not to be a flip at all, and NV4 is close.

I have us as -3 in PA, -1 in IA, -1 in NY (but that’s Tenney’s seat and she’s in a deep red district); -1 in CA (Could go -2, but could actually flip one in CA and go +1 there); and Bishop in MI. That’s it.

I just don’t see 23 flips. Not even close. Max I can get to allowing the Ds the tossups is about 14.

The MSM stooges were frothing about the mouth as they reported Kavanaugh’s rape rooms, etc. NBC parades the “victim” who backpedals and denies the worst of the allegations. DJT and many pubbie senators are calling the bluff on their overplayed hand. Looking good!

Kavanaugh knows the stories are b.s. There’s a new claim being pushed by Harris (CA) that Kav gang-raped a woman in the back of a car.

She’s asking that be investigated.

This isn’t just about this nomination. RBG is going to die any day now. This is going to happen to Trump’s next nominee unless we blow them out of the water, indict the liars, and expose the leakers.

All of your polls show Kav blowback is destroying Democrat support. That and the great economic news.

I think we need another week or two for the FBI to expose all the liars and confirm Kav a week or two before the midterms.

Democrats behind the scenes are already moving to end the bleeding. Look for some of the fence sitters to announce their support for Kavanaugh. Dems won’t survive another week or two of this.

Look for Republicans to say that the new claims (car gang rape) need to be “fully investigated.”

Possible pickup of a Senate seat in NJ. It's hard for the Democrats to get gungho for a corrupt bribe taking scumbag, who was being flown out of the country by a guy (now in jail for Medicaid fraud), so they could bang child hookers together.

It's a dead heat between Menendez and Hugin in high stakes N.J. Senate race

Feinstein groped me and ... well ... I don’t want to talk about it.

And I’m scared of flying. Scared of cars too.

And there are additional measurables that the Beltway political pollsters and oddsmakers missed during the 2016 election: The level of excitement among POTUS Trump’s base.

When he holds campaign events the lines are even longer than they were two years ago, and that’s saying something. During a campaign event Monday evening in Tennessee for Rep. Marsha Blackburn, lines — long ones — began to form 5-6 hours before POTUS was to appear.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I saw somewhere online that there were 92,000 requests for tickets to the TN rally.

The Dems have pulled the pin on this grenade ... their goal was to delay, delay the Kav nomination and they have, but now that those (not specifying party here because Indies & some Dems are in this group) who are outraged by the personal and professional political assassination of Kavanaugh are up-in-arms and motivated. The closer to the election it gets, this outrage/anger will not have had time to dissipate. One way to let your anger/disgust be known and "DO" something, is to vote straight R & throw the Democr@ps on the ballot out of office and anecdotal evidence is pointing to this as a growing trend for a red wave.

If Kav had been confirmed in a process similar to Gorsuch, I think the Repubs, due to complacency, would be in trouble in November BUT they just had to go for total destruction of a good man & his family so complacency has changed to #NewRules #WAR
