As an undergraduate student at Yale, Brett M. Kavanaugh was involved in an altercation at a local bar during which he was accused of throwing ice on another patron, according to a police report.
The incident, which occurred in September 1985 during Mr. Kavanaughs junior year, resulted in Mr. Kavanaugh and four other men being questioned by the New Haven Police Department. Mr. Kavanaugh was not arrested, but the police report stated that a 21-year-old man accused Mr. Kavanaugh of throwing ice on him for some unknown reason.

He said that the altercation happened after a UB40 concert, when he and a group of people went to Demerys and were drinking pints. At one point, they were sitting near a man who, they thought, resembled Ali Campbell, the lead singer of UB40.
Were trying to figure out if its him, he said.
When the man noticed Mr. Ludington, Mr. Kavanaugh and the others looking at him, he objected and told them to stop it, adding an expletive, Mr. Ludington said.
Mr. Kavanaugh cursed, he said, and then threw his beer at the guy.
The guy swung at Brett, Mr. Ludington continued. At that point, Mr. Dudley took his beer and smashed it into the head of the guy, who by now had Brett in an embrace. I then tried to pull Chris back, and a bunch of other guys tried to pull the other guy back. I dont know what Brett was doing in the melee, but there was blood, there was glass, there was beer and there was some shouting, and the police showed up.

Kavenaugh has more respect for beer than that. :)
Sounds like it was leaked. His first FBI check would have been for clerking for Ken Starr when Starr was a judge, which would have been before 1989. It might take a long time and desperation to get that far back to find a single file entry.
How about pics of the waitress sandwich!
Gabba Gabba Hey!
Yes. Seems like Ludington is jealous of Judge Kavanaugh.
From what I gather, Ludington was a jock who was at Yale because he was a jock (he was on the basketball team & later played professionally but not at the NBA level). It seems that BK hung out with jocks at Y because he had similar interests but he was there for his brains not his athleticism. He’s had a great career since those days. It’s very possible that many of BK’s sniping Yale classmates are jealous of him. That may especially be true of guys like Ludington. One article mentions Ludington working at a wine shop before he found a career in academia. Meanwhile, BK was going on to Yale Law, becoming one of the top people at the White House, becoming a federal judge, etc
Ramirez admits she was drunk when she claims her allegations occurred, so was she a mean drunk, or one of those females who opens her legs to anything when she’s been drinking? I find it ludicrous that they want to scrutinize Kavanaugh’s behavior, but don’t want to know anything about the accuser’s.
President Trump said today in his impromptu news conference (after his announcement of the new Mexico/Canada/USA trade deal.....he said that certain Congress critters - he had seen them in not so good condition. When asked who these people were, he said he wouldn’t tell....but it was obvious that he was pointing out their hypocrisy.
LOL!
But it was sharp ice.

Silly, silly, stupid media circus.
Genghis Kav...Attila the Kav.
So, he was attacked by a drunk guy in 1985? Wow, stop the presses.
The ice challenge! LOL
I’m sure it was.
Oh Just Thtop It! Thtop!
in my experience there's no answer to that question that doesn't end up in a fight...
