I think McConnell should also call the Arizona, Maine and Alaska Governors and tell them that any legislation or financial aid specific to their state is in jeopardy unless they pressure the Senators to confirm.

“It’s the seriousness of the Allegations, Stupid!”
Doesn’t have to have any evidence or truth to the story.

Rush 2014:
“The seriousness of the charge opens up the possibility that it might be true and therefore the seriousness of the charge is the story. Whether there’s any evidence or not. So you’ve got a precedent here. Make an allegation. It doesn’t have to be true. There doesn’t even have to be a snowball’s chance in hell of approving it.”

Exactly. I’m looking forward to talking to a friend of mine. Retired CID. He’s taught me some of the science.

I think Mitchel did a great job given the weird parameters she had to work with. Five minutes to try to build up to hammer time, punctuated by five minutes of Democrat praise and worship. She had to start Dr. Fraud sweating all over again just to have more worship time.

This sounds like a tabloid headline. I won’t believe it until it’s made official by the Senate judiciary committee.

I’ve no doubt it’s a real report. But it’s meaningless because she has no controlling legal authority.

It can be used by those that do have the authority. That's its intended purpose.

Rachel Mitchell’s report certainly identifies the numerous weaknesses in Prof. Ford’s statements and testimony. It in and of itself, however, cannot “completely exonerate” Judge Kavanaugh. It logically cannot. Her questions, Prof. Ford’s responses and her report may well help the FBI to conclude that there is no support for Prof. Ford’s allegation and that her testimony includes hard to explain inconsistencies and gaps.

I heard that Kavanaugh kicked his mother in utero.

The FBI won’t be generating a report with conclusions or even recommendations. Just summaries of witnesses statements most likely.

Understood. They will however layout whatever inconsistencies, contradictions, important gaps exist in the testimony of Prof. Ford. I am unclear what they could even ask with respect to Judge Kavanaugh’s testimony with respect to the Prof. Ford allegation.

Yeah, I think she did okay with the bizarre circumstances - that’s not how any investigator goes about their business, it doesn’t lend itself well to continuity or depth in questioning,

FBI has a lot to atone for, ya think? They would be very wise and prudent to get it right.

ONE good report...let’s see what the FBI has to say..

The FBI is like the New York Times - corrupt, biased and working for white liberal elites.

You are completely correct. Hofts headline that the report COMPLETELY EXONERATES is total BS.

This is correct. The evidence does not support the allegations

If the FBI investigates DiFi's staffers, they are going to be met with a well thought out orchestration of the "We Know all," "Futility," "Hate of Comrades," "Incentive," and "Fear Up" approaches.

Their badges on the table are going to seem like the size of license plates. The printed-off copies of US Code and maximum penalties are going to seem like and endless shopping list of bad imminent outcomes.

"That is why the squeeky voice. She was attempting to mimic the real Christine’s voice."

There must be hundreds of students out there who have recorded her class lectures, either voice or voice/video. Surely among hundreds, if not thousands, there is one that would give up the recording to make public how she speaks and acts in a different setting.

"It in and of itself, however, cannot “completely exonerate” Judge Kavanaugh."

Judge Kavanaugh does not need to be exonerated. He has no burden to prove he is innocent. He is not guilty of anything until such time as someone comes up with a charge, one that has evidence to back up the charge, and a finding authority reviews the charge and the evidence. Then he is in a position to seek exoneration.

Till then he is not guilty of anything that requires exoneration.
