To date, there have been no criminal reports filed with the Montgomery County Department of Police that would lead to the initiation of any criminal investigation related to Judge Kavanaugh. Furthermore, the law at the time the offense occurred is the law must be applied to any charges that might be brought. For example, in 1982, assault and attempted rape were both misdemeanors and subject to a one year statue of limitations.

Let’s get real. We law abiding conservatives (or is it cuckservatives?) are wimps and lazy too. The most activism most of us do is on forums and calling our elected officials and voting. Yes I include myself (metoo).
We should have been in DC in Feinsteins, Booker, Whitehouse, etc, even Fakes face demanding justice for Kavanaugh and prosecution for Hillary.
Instead we spend our time doing keyboard activism. We need to get in their faces too. We need to do it without using violence or the anarchical tactics of Soros.

The statute was one year for misdemeanor assault in 1982 and still is but the law has changed and there is not statute of limitation in Maryland on rape. As the letter states, were the crime in question one occurring prior to the law changing, that person would be held to those standards.
In MD there is no limitation on kidnapping either, though I am not certain when that changed. Also, federally, there may no longer be a limitation on kidnapping either. I think it depends, but again, it depends on when it changed as to who may be charged with what.
Well guess it was foolish of me to notice how he applauded Flake for his courage to ask for a FBI investigation in order to gain support of those Senators who had concerns about Kav.
When is there going to be an investigation to the leak from Feinstein and her staff since only 4 people had the letter. Where was there a call to remove Feinstein for holding evidence for 7 weeks from the committee.
Are they just investigating Kav or are they doing both?

A couple days ago, when two people were being questioned who came forward and said they might have been the one who did it, people were wondering why they would come forward. Perhaps they knew the law.
That would leave a civil suit open to Ford, which she also took no advantage of. If I were Kavanaugh I would dare her to open a civil suit against him; which I am uber confident she would lose.
She didn’t understand what the word “uncollaborated” meant. She talked and acted like the mentally handicapped adults I worked with years ago.if this woman has a PHD they must be giving them away.

Why was there no mention of these two men at the hearing? No one is mentioning it on the news after the hearing either.

As an aside, I have tremendous respect for what the British Empire once was, but sadly, these days there is less and less to admire and respect. They need a Trump of their own, a modern day Thatcher, badly.
I also have a problem seeing a person mowing lawns, playing basketball, football, #1 in his HS graduating class, (a tough prep academic school), undergraduate degree in history at Yale, graduating Cum Laud, and top of his lawschool class at Yale, all while he was falling down, passing out drunk, and running a gang rape club.

I have a question. Did Ford ever say or was she ever asked if the boys followed her upstairs of if they were already upstairs? That makes a big difference. If they followed her she would have noticed them behind her while she was still on the stairs and screamed loudly enough for those downstairs to have heard her. If they followed a distance behind her she would have already made it to the safety of the bathroom. If they were already upstairs did she actually go up there looking for them and not as she says to use the bathroom. When there are only 6 people at a party it is obvious when 1/2 of them go missing.
From what I read, the Democrat claims that there is (and was) no statute of limitations for the crime for which Ford is accusing Kavanaugh are based on Ford’s statement that she feared that she might be killed inadvertentky when her attacker placed his hand on her mouth. From what others have written (I haven’t researched it myself), Maryland law does no have a statute of limitations for attempted rapes in which the victim “feared for her life.” If that indeed is the case, it would be obvious that Ford consulted with a Maryland criminal lawyer and inserted the statement about her “fear of being killed.”
