She wasn't. Ford first sent the letter to her Congress-critter, a (D) female and the Congress-critter sent it to Feinstein...............

Her demands WERE met!! ALL of THEM....except for going last...but I can guarantee she WILL have the last word.
I think the WaPo, in concert with DiFi, and perhaps Fusion GPS, went searching for someone with known leftist political leanings who had attended school in DC around the same time as Brett Kavanuagh...they got her to let them use her name, but promised that nothing would ever be made public. They scrubbed her internet profile (THAT was clearly done by professionals!) and they wrote the letter, waiting until it was clear that he was on his way to getting confirmed before they finally released it.
The plans was for it to either force the Judge into withdrawing or to give cover to a handful of squishy Rs to suddenly vote NO. Either way, the plan backfired because Grassley/McConnell didn’t fold and Brett Kavanaugh came out fighting!
Now they are scrambling to shut down the whole thing because there are dirty fingerprints all over the place and if anyone actually looks into this, a whole lot of big names could be in a whole lot of big trouble!
