The government has been overwhelmingly Progressive since Truman was elected.
The core tenent of Progressivism is the Constitution is outdated and must be circumvented to govern effectively.
Progressivism maintains that people are too stupid and ignorant to govern themselves. They must be manipulated to obtain the results the elite want. For that reason, the Constitution imposes too many restraints, and must be effectively nullified.
This has been happening for decades, at least since Franklin Roosevelt obtained a majority on the Supreme Court.
Trump must start at the top of the DOJ with his release order; if Sessions refuses fire him. Work on down the chain until someone does. Fire the whole lot of them.

It is NOT MY news. It was what I saw and heard on Fox News from judge (?) Napolitano. This guy is not a Trump fan, but as with many others, he tries to hide it. But he can not fool me.
It is your fake news as you offered your opinion as fact!
In fact the judge has praised Trump for his expertise and called out the media and neocons that have rallied against trump.
In truth, weeding out corruption from the Federal government is a YUGE accomplishment.
But I suspect this is only the tip of the iceberg.
And we need better checks and balances to try to prevent this from becoming corrupt again.
Some prosecutions for corruption would help as a deterent, but checks and balances to prevent corruption in the first place is better. Need both.
