Tennessee Republican Sen. Bob Corker said Christine Blasey Ford, the woman accusing Judge Brett Kavanaugh of high school-era sexual assault, needs to respond to Senate inquiries, and that the Judiciary Committee should “move on” if she declines.
“I would hope that if someone has been given the opportunity to voice a concern that they have that they would do so,” Corker told The Daily Caller News Foundation in the U.S. Capitol Tuesday afternoon. “So that would be quite something, if she decided she did not want to testify. I would assume the committee would then move on, as they should.”
Maine Republican Sen. Susan Collins, who has been on the fence about Kavanaugh, said earlier Tuesday that she finds it “very puzzling” that Ford will not respond to inquiries from the Senate Judiciary Committee, saying “she’s now being given an opportunity to come before the Senate Judiciary Committee and to answer questions and I really hope that she doesn’t pass up that opportunity.” (RELATED: Collins Breaks Silence On Kavanaugh Accuser Ignoring Senate Inquiries: ‘Very Puzzling’)
Corker told Politico on Sunday he believed it “would be best for all involved, including the nominee” if they were able to tell their sides of the story in front of the committee. However, according to Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, she has so far ignored repeated inquiries from the Senate Judiciary Committee.

This is just total bullsh*t. So if Soros or Tom Steyer or both pay another 1,000 women a million bucks each (costing them only $ 1 Billion), and they line up accusing the excellent Judge Kavanaugh of some totally made up sexual assault charges, dies it mean Chuck Grassley will postpone the vote one thousand times to hear from the latest deranged, lying accuser? Where does it end? And how do we even stop the same thing from happening to the next male SCOTUS nominee from Trump?
If not that theory, another lying female RAT will come forward
and the delay the process again.
I don't know but I'll be happy to help these spineless RINO's lose their majority if they don't make sure Kavanaugh is voted on the court.

It’s definitely unraveling...they will try to ease out of it with minimal damage, Feinstein will take a significant hit, Schumer (who opened his mouth prominently on national TV) will take a scratch or two. Mostly, they will quietly slink away from the light, like the cockroaches they are.
It’s falling apart of a snake like Corker is back peddling.
They hope the Traitorous snakes like Flake or Benny Sasse or Corker will

She’ll respond when it’s too late to make it for Monday and that’ll push it out another week. When that week comes she’ll feel Ill, unable to testify. It’ll get pushed again (because the Repukes will continue to run interference). Then a loved one will take sick...and so on.
If they had evidence , they would have brought it up back in July.
Ford’s problem is her testimony is uncorroborated and no one remembers being with her at the party she alleges she attended with Kavanaugh.
That should be easy enough to establish. She can’t.
I hope so, but if it does unravel, there'll be another whack-job accuser popping up within a few hours.

They miscalculated and chose badly.
Trump outsmarted them and in effect forced them to produce her in the flesh before the committee. They were hoping he’d try to character-assassinate her from afar, without ever having to bring her in person.
She would be much less sympathetic in person - remember, she’s not a good looking, fresh face any longer at her age...she’s got a long past and she wouldn’t look good on TV. Once there was a current face to go with her no-story accusation, she’d be brutalized on line and on camera...without a Republican ever having to say a word.
FBI has already said “no.”
Nobody’s minds are being changed by this and Senators will vote along party lines.
Kavanaugh will be confirmed and all of this will be quickly forgotten.
And the Rats will move on to the next battle.
