Thaf isn’t happpening so Kavanaugh is standing his ground and is going to fight back.
As things stand now, he can prevail and win.
They already delayed the vote.

Don’t kid yourself -— she’s being prepped around the clock right now. Her attorney is involved with Soros’ foundation. No way they won’t let her testify. By Monday, she’ll be loaded for bear, with corroborating witnesses, dates, locations, etc. When you’re being financed by Soros, your resources are bottomless. Feinstein is party, along with any other democrat involved, in a carefully timed trap to stop this nominee, at such a time, so as to delay the vote, at the very least, until after the midterms they’re hoping they’ll win, and have his nomination withdrawn, at the most. IF it turns out that he really DID do what he’s accused of, of course, then he blew it by not coming right out and admitting it. Yep, and they should give the woman until noon Friday to confirm she will testify on Monday, or not, then if she will not commit to testifying, Grassley should schedule the committee vote for Monday and the weekend can be used to firm up the Republican votes.
