The former classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who was said to have been in the room when Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulted a woman decades ago, has told senators he will not testify at next week's hearing.
Mark Judge wrote in a brief letter to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) that he "did not ask to be involved in this matter nor did anyone ask me to be involved."
"In fact, I have no memory of this alleged incident," he wrote.
Christine Blasey Ford has said that Judge was in the room at a high school party in the 1980s when Kavanaugh held her down on a bed and tried to remove her clothing. According to Ford, Judge pulled Kavanaugh off of her while he was attempting to take off her swimsuit.
Senate Democrats earlier Tuesday called on Judge to testify at the hearing scheduled for Monday.

It would take a special kind of idiot to voluntarily subject yourself to questioning, about an event you have no memory of, and which you believe never happened.
The ONLY names that she can now remember ( which she could NOT remember at all in 2012, at the therapist’s office ) are Judge and Kav; nobody else’s, nor who owned the house, where it is, how she got home.
She cannot name the house, so it was somebody else's house. Kavanaugh was not a fellow student at her school, so HOW exactly did she know him, HOW exactly would she even remember his name after decades?
He doesn’t want to become another victim of the violent democrats.
The violence and intimidating hate of the part does have that effect.
And the girls who are still friends with Brett, say that Ford was NOT ever part of the group of kids they hung out with/were friends with and one of the women didn’t even know who she was when her name surfaced!
Flake and Corker said they won’t vote unless she testifies, so the nomination is already scuttled unless the circus continues.
Does she at least remember why she was wearing a one-piece swimsuit under her clothes?
It does sound though like as a being not a public figure Judge would have much better luck in a slander suit against her than Kavanaugh likely would.

Doesn’t matter; they don’t have to vote and Kav can still b e passed by the a vote of the other Senators.

Exactly right. I can’t believe how much consideration they are giving this fiasco. They should be exposing the Dems for manufacturing this slander, and destroying a decent person for their political purpose. The Dems should be held accountable.

If they heard her scream just once they would have been concerned and inquired.
Even if they didn’t know her, a scream would have upset them and the boys downstairs.
