- Trump Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is expected to be confirmed by October 1 when the court begins its next term
- Top Judiciary Committee Democrat has mysterious letter alleging Kavanaugh of something in high school but she won't show it to other senators
- Top D.C. #MeToo attorney is believed to be representing the woman at the center of whatever allegations the letter might contain
- Letter came from someone the woman knows and was sent to a California congresswoman, who shared it with Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein
- Sen. Dianne Feinstein got it over the summer but chose this week to hint at sexual misconduct accusations at an inopportune moment for Republicans
- An FBI official told The Washington Post hours later that it wouldn't open a criminal probe, but instead would hand the material to the White House
- It's likely whatever Kavanaugh's accuser believes he did falls outside the statute of limitations in whatever state or district it allegdely occurred

Fellow committee Republican John Cornyn of Texas reacted with a digital eye-roll.
'Let me get this straight: this is statement about secret letter regarding a secret matter and an unidentified person. Right,' Cornyn tweeted.
My take? Pure ComDem Insanity! Effect? ZERO CREDIBILITY of anything further from Feinstein.

Where, oh where is Gloria All-Red when we need her!?

Man this must really burn DiFi’s butt.
Even the corrupt and crooked FBI knows her letter is a flat out lie. So bogus that they won’t even dignify it with a response.
What next DiFi? Make a pubic scene? Stomp your foot? Cry, maybe?

Are they investigating Feinstein and her personal Chinese Spy ?
To: Texas Fossil
Of course the FBI wouldn't investigate. Even if the alleged crime is rape, it's not a federal matter. I doubt Finestein thought it would happen. So why do this?
In my opinion, three reasons:
- Shore up her standing in her own re-election bid.
- Put pressure on RINOs like Susan Collins and hope one flips
- Give an excuse to so-called blue dog dems so they can defend voting against him because he's a bad guy.
It's a hail mary play. Just my thoughts.

The FBI tossed this letter in the trash as soon as they received it. They wouldn’t have any jurisdiction in the matter even if every allegation was verifiably true and every person involved in it was identified.

Yep, when they don’t have a real argument, they simply float an unsupported accusation as if it will really fly. Lies every time.
