Social Media and search giants are being hit with a class-action lawsuit from a pro-Trump group who claims that they conspired against Conservatives.
Freedom Watch, which promotes right to privacy among other causes, claims that Facebook, Google, Twitter and Apple violated antitrust laws.
Our YouTube account on Google never gets above 49 thousand, said Larry Klayman, the groups founder, during an interview on FOX Business Varney & Co. on Tuesday. It goes up, it goes down. Thats been going on for about six months, he claimed while adding that other conservative groups and interests are also experiencing the same issues.
Klayman, a former antitrust lawyer who helped break up AT&Ts telephone monopoly during the Regan administration, also alleged the tech companies collaborated to restrain trade.
Theres also a concept of conscious parallelism, he said. When companies move in tandem in parallel fashion that do the same thing that can be restraint of trade. So we believe theres an actual agreement between these leftist owned media giants like Google, Twitter, YouTube etc., he explained.

Hadn't previously heard about the podcasts being removed by Apple at the same time. They're going to need one heck of a legal team to reach discovery on this; if they do, man, what a treasure trove of documents they'll likely find.
Apple has moved their iCloud to China in order to help China suppress its people.
Apple is subsidiary of ChiCom, Inc.
anti-Trust action should focus on “The Cloud”.
He was belittling Larry Klayman and Larry Klayman founded Judicial Watch bro.
What? No?
Like net neutrality?
Could American Airlines refuse service yup republicans? Could Verizon secretly block calls to GOP congressmen?
iTunes is shadow banning conservatives.
Microsoft Azure service is specially configured for China to meet its "needs".
Understood. I am of the opinion that I don’t want the government taking ANY role in saying what should or shouldn’t be banned on the Internet.
It is a trap.
Once we do that, it will be used against conservative voices, and we will be finished in that respect, cut off on an island.
Conservative solutions may not work right now, but I view any journey down that path as far preferable to the government getting their fingers in, with one exception: Make it part of the First Amendment in all respects.
But you don’t need a vivid imagination to see the crap storm that will turn out to be as well.
Actually it does! :-)
Liberal fascist proteges of Joseph Goebbels.
They deserve more than one trip to the woodshed.
The only way the leftist communist socialists liberals can win anything.....cheating.
He needs to give the terms of service we all agree to a look. Essentially it’s a contract - we agree to let them use our personal information for their promise to let us use the service. They are not honoring this contract. That could well be the basis for a class action lawsuit.
If Microsoft wants to do business in China they need to comply with Chinese law. Same as if a Chinese company wants to do business in the US. They need to comply with US law.
Whether or not Chinese is just... That is a different discussion.
What if Sprint, Verizon, and T-Mobile in conjunction with Apple, Samsung, and LG decided that they would implement "hate speech" restrictions (applicable only to conservatives) over their cell phone services, cutting off and suspending users who violated these rules?
The conservative solution would be, "It's a free market. They can do as they wish. We'll just build our own cell phones, cell towers, and service providers."
What the internet giants are doing is no different. And while I understand the philosophical arguments of keeping government out and letting the free market run its course, I don't see any outcome with this other than the censorship of conservative ideas.
The first misconception is that Google owns Android as a proprietary OS. They do not. Android is an open source OS based on Linux which is open source software and meant to remain open source. It belongs to the public as a whole, not Google, so this includes the android OS.
They have no legal right to control any access to Linux, Android, or Android applications written in Linux. They have everyone fooled and the EU just rightfully called their bluff based on the reality of this fact. No one can “own” Linux or claim to own any software based on the Linux Kernel. It is and was always meant to be free and open source.
The Linux Kernel is regulated by the GNU General Public License...
“The GNU General Public License (GNU GPL or GPL) is a widely used free software license, which guarantees end users the freedom to run, study, share and modify the software. The license was originally written by Richard Stallman of the Free Software Foundation (FSF) for the GNU Project, and grants the recipients of a computer program the rights of the Free Software Definition. The GPL is a copyleft license, which means that derivative work can only be distributed under the same license terms. This is in distinction to permissive free software licenses, of which the BSD licenses and the MIT License are widely used examples. GPL was the first copyleft license for general use.
Historically, the GPL license family has been one of the most popular software licenses in the free and open-source software domain. Prominent free software programs licensed under the GPL include the Linux kernel and the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC). David A. Wheeler argues that the copyleft provided by the GPL was crucial to the success of Linux-based systems, giving the programmers who contributed to the kernel the assurance that their work would benefit the whole world and remain free, rather than being exploited by software companies that would not have to give anything back to the community.”

Finally! We need to break up these monopolistic censorship-loving sumbitches ASAP!
They did this in 2016 to try to influence the election. That alone could be seen as election interference.
