Officers have a constitutional right to the Fifth Amendment. She better have a better excuse than that. If not, she’s simply another thug Leftist who thinks she can ignore the US Constitution.

How many of the officers are white?
Male?

I’m suspicious of this, but why am I more suspicious of HER motives than THEIR motives?

“St. Louis had 205 murders last year for 308,000 people.”

Not much less than the 290 in New York City last year...except that New York City has a population of over 8.5 MILLION.

Does this mean those officers just hang out and no arrest or ticket they issue will be prosecuted?

It could be that some of them have proven themselves liars, or have fabricated evidence and she’s giving them a break by not prosecuting them. If their testimony repeatedly does not hold up in court, it’s an issue.

There is that. Can't overlook that possibility. Essentially, that is what she is saying.

This gal is at war with the SLMPD and is the social activist prosecutor du jour, as the pending limp noodle Wesley Bell, who without benefit of ever prosecuting a state case, will soon be running the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. An office who has many years of talent and will lose it as soon as he walks in.

We in the County LE field already know that cases issued is going to be exponentially more difficult. Drug cases? Forget about it. Bond? Forget about it. Triple secret probation and even more extensive Suspended Imposition of Sentence? Count on it.

The Michael Brown Unnatural Disaster has far reaching impacts and is only greasing the skids of the demise of urban areas.

Note to all, stay the hell away from St. Louis. Pound for Pound, it outdoes Chicago.

I don’t know how it works in STL, but around here there’s a different prosecutor, the county solicitor, for misdemeanors (traffic tickets). When a case rises to the level of a felony the county DA takes over. We got rid of a real low life DA last year and significantly improved the person in that role.

Because they invoked their fifth amendment rights to remain silent in investigations about cops.

They can invoke their rights. That’s no problem. But if there is probable cause that they were involved in illegal activities or actions, they are a liability to the police force.

SHE cannot fire them. They don’t work for her.

Suggesting race as the first excuse is lazy.

Blacks murdering blacks don’t count. Such action is not really crime but permissable commercial and family action under the prevailing tribal rules

St. Louis had 205 murders last year for 308,000 people. That’s literally a warzone level of violent deaths. I’m actually surprised that St. Louis has any law enforcement whatsoever - it’s clearly not doing any good enforcing the actual laws...

Grew up near St Louis. Used to be a great town. Saw the Beatles there in concert, 1966. Still have the ticket stub...$6.00.

Now it’s “Mogadishu on the Mississippi”...

"Beacuse she's a stupid racist black woman."

If there are bad actors on the police force, there is a process for dealing with them. Instead, this DA has chosen to subvert justice for the people she serves. Under her solution criminals will go free and the corrupt police will be unaffected.

Because she’s an activist prosecutor who refuses to see a lot of cut and dry cases because they involve POC. Trying to keep her brothas out of jail.

“It could also be that she’s a racist Social Justice Warrior fixin’ to run for mayor.”

That type is being quietly infiltrated into DA positions around the country by design...Soros scheme. There is one in Cook County too...Kim Foxx.
