The smoke is slowly going away, we had a yellow instead of a bright, smokey red sunrise today.
I did mow today and hang out with son and the pups.
Tonight I'm watching the original 1972 'The Godfather' movie, hadn't seen it in about 20 years, great movie!

Hey there! All is ok here. No, they didn’t get their shots yesterday. I got a text from my friend saying that she had to work late, and then go take care of two sets of pets she’s sitting with. The meds have to be cold, so she was afraid that they’d be spoiled. She said Monday. We’ll see. LOL!
How did it go at the museum today? Did you get to work on some really cool stuff? Was the temperature bearable? It’s been miserable here.

Sounds like you had a good day being able to get outside to do things again. Are you able to wear out the lil wild man yet or did he wear your arm out tossing sticks? LOL
It was a busy day at the museum and it left me a bit limp this evening. Whupped me pretty good. But it was fun, as always, especially when a large group of Patriot Guard riders came in for a tour.
I’ve been watching “The Lord of the Rings” tonight .... again. Love the movies and the books and just can’t get enough. LOL
The little pup loves to wrestle and also chase a ball out in the backyard although he does have a short attention span, LOL.
I too like the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit movies, I read all those Tolkien books years ago!

Son starts his last year of College Monday, we're hanging tomorrow afternoon before the big school day.
Well darn, I’d hoped she’d make it over there last evening. Hope she pulls it off Monday!
Pretty busy at the museum today. Still wrestling uniforms on mannequins and it slows down the process a little. Parker had a pile of new pamphlets printed off and I folded a bunch of those. We keep them in a box for visitors to take with them and we were almost out. He wanted plenty on hand for the Patriot Guard riders to grab when they showed up for their tour this afternoon, and they all grabbed several on their way out. Glad he had them printed off.
It was pretty nice early today. Not too hot and there was a really nice breeze blowing. Then the humidity suddenly bumped up and it wasn’t so comfy any more. Gonna be hot and sticky for the next week. Ugh!

I’d say “glad” is an understatement! LOL! It sounded like it was pretty nasty up there.
The wild man was probably glad the air was clearer today too. Can’t imagine he’s wanted to run around outside too much lately. A fun day for both of you.
I’ve read The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings over 30 times and haven’t counted how many times I’ve watched the movies. I guess you could say I have a “thing’ for them. LOL

It's been really affecting me, dang it!
She also had a NICE wool cape ... navy on the outside lined with red wool. I should have flipped the edge a little to show the red.
