It seems there's always one piece that stands out each week when I clean the uniforms. This week was a nurse's uniform that I'm guessing was from WWII. Maybe WWI since they set her next to another mannequin with a WWI uniform after she was spiffed up.

She also had a NICE wool cape ... navy on the outside lined with red wool. I should have flipped the edge a little to show the red.

Ohhhhh....that’s beautiful! I was thinking that in WWII, the nurses wore a uniform very similar to the ones that the men wore. Same Khaki, etc. I don’t know for sure, though.
