The family of longtime Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz, said Friday that he has chosen to discontinue medical treatment for brain cancer.
"Last summer, Senator John McCain shared with Americans the news our family already knew: he had been diagnosed with an aggressive glioblastoma, and the prognosis was serious. In the year since, John has surpassed expectations for his survival. But the progress of disease and the inexorable advance of age render their verdict. With his usual strength of will, he has now chosen to discontinue medical treatment. Our family is immensely grateful for the support and kindness of all his caregivers over the last year, and for the continuing outpouring of concern and affection from John's many friends and associates, and the many thousands of people who are keeping him in their prayers. God bless and thank you all," the family said in a statement.

Doctor: I have some bad news and some very bad news.
Patient: Well, might as well give me the bad news first.
Doctor: The lab called with your test results. They said you have 24 hours to live.
Patient: 24 HOURS! That’s terrible!! WHAT could be WORSE? What’s the very bad news?
Doctor: I’ve been trying to reach you since yesterday.
I've never seen this one until today. Perfecto.
I didn’t know he was being treated six feet under. But whatever.
That is a good one!!
:)
I wonder if he discontinued treatment long ago and he has days or hours remaining on this earth?
Maybe the clue to this is if Meagan returns to AZ this weekend????

not too late to indict him for passing the fake dossier.
Ive been as big a detractor of John McCain as I could be here. Now that he is on his death bed, I am not happy that he is near death. I am happy he is near the end of his ability to harm this nation.
John has been the wrong person at the wrong place at the wrong time his whole life, until now...
Finally, he has found his true calling. Bye John.
EXCELLENT
