We need someone from outside the DOJ to be granted whatever clearance needed to review all their records and make sure these “glitches” stop happening before all the evidence of their wrongdoings disappears.
The only way the court can cut through this craqp is to tell the DOJ attorneys that they are being taken into custody for contempt of court and will be locked up until the requested documents are produced.

I’ll tell you what: lock away those responsible for turning over the information, and their immediate superiors, and the “technical glitch” will miraculously resolve itself within a few hours, if not sooner.

Judge should hold the DOJ in contempt and fine it’s leaders personally $1,000/day until they produce the documents. If not produced within 30 days, issue a bench warrant for those responsible.

This means that Nellie Ohr’s activities were such that revealing them would be so damaging to the FBI that they are willing to claim there are no emails, texts, interview forms, contracting forms, documents of any kind available...
It’s all “unrecoverable”.
So that in itself is important information. Make the same request of other areas of the DOJ / FBI. FBI emails on the clinton / Lynch meeting came out from the DOJ, when the FBI claimed there were none.
