FULL TITLE: Deep State DOJ Tells Court it is Unable to Give Judicial Watch Requested Fusion GPS Documents Due to a “Glitch”

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch attended a hearing in federal court this week after the Justice Department failed to respond to a December 12, 2017, FOIA request seeking records on oppo research firm Fusion GPS.

The Justice Department argued that it is unable to produce the requested records due to “technical issues.”

Where else have we heard this before?

Judicial Watch is seeking the following from the DOJ:

All records of contact or communication, including but not limited to emails, text messages, and instant chats, between DOJ officials in the Attorney General’s Office and Fusion GPS employee or contractor Nellie Ohr. The time frame for the requested records is January 1, 2015, to the present.

On June 14, 2018, Judge Walton ordered the Justice Department, which had been resisting Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, to “immediately commence its search for responsive records and produce responsive records…”

Additionally, Judge Walton previously criticized the Justice Department, saying:

I think if it’s been almost, since December when the initial request was made more should have been done by now. And it seems to me if you have someone who’s going to come into office and they say they’re going to be a disrupter, that they should appreciate there’s going to be a lot of FOIA requests and therefore, should gear up to deal with those requests. So I’m not real sympathetic to the position that you have limited staff and therefore, you can’t comply with these requests. So I think you’re going to have to get some more people.

We need someone from outside the DOJ to be granted whatever clearance needed to review all their records and make sure these “glitches” stop happening before all the evidence of their wrongdoings disappears.

The only way the court can cut through this craqp is to tell the DOJ attorneys that they are being taken into custody for contempt of court and will be locked up until the requested documents are produced.

My buddies and I here at work discussed this sort of thing many times, but we referred to it as the “shadow government” rather than deep state.

Many back then would have advised us to go on down and purchase some Reynolds aluminum foil and craft a hat out of it.

Yea...that's cool.

same old story the left always uses...a “glitch”, a hard drive crash, we lost it...it is called a COVER UP

Thanks for the ping, Dianna.

Same o, same o...This tactic has been used many times in the past, hopefully judge Walton will come down on them hard.

DOJ is saturated with RAT snakes and slugs, President Trump desperately needs an AG that will get to work and do some serious house cleaning.

It’s sad JW has to go through this so often to get what is legally available to them.

Keep in mind that ALL of this ‘power washing’ is happening in a state where the citizens are facing a mandatory 55 gallons per day per person water usage limit.

Jerry Brown has even told them “We will MONITOR YOUR FLUSHES”.

Oh, how conveeeeeeeenient!

I’ll tell you what: lock away those responsible for turning over the information, and their immediate superiors, and the “technical glitch” will miraculously resolve itself within a few hours, if not sooner.

Enough of the BS from these people. They work for US, and they must be made responsible to abide by court orders and the law...just like US.

Trump needs to release it all... the only real damage to the deep state and ‘intelligence’ is the American people will discover how incompetent and corrupt they really are...

Yes, the FBI hides crime statistics on ‘illegals’ because democrats want illegals to flood the country.

Yes, the FBI hides criminal activity by democrats because they're ‘on the same team’...

Yes, the deep state hides informants on Fusion GPS Documents because we'll see how the FBI worked hand in hand with criminal types in ‘intelligence’ to overthrow a duly elected President. (think KGB thugs in the old USSR 'picking' leaders' - assuming they were soooooo much smarter than the people.) - Just like our thugs in 'intelligence'. And yeah they'll try to take Trump down they're no different than the old KGB or any secret police group of any thug Dictators in the world. (these are the SAME folks who didn't give a damn about Clinton's credible rape charges...)

William Binney revealed that for years, ALL communications are digitally indexed and searchable within a matter of seconds.

The “Glitch” is their virtual middle finger Congress and anyone who dares to try to make them do what they don’t want to do.

Time for Trump to lead a search group of JAG officers backed up by a company of marines over to the DOJ.

Meanwhile, another group of composed of a small group of engineers and machine gunners can build a facility for the gunners to use on the recalcitrant. At this rate the engineers will need to bring in earth movers to move away the deep state debris from before the sand bags.

Judge should hold the DOJ in contempt and fine it’s leaders personally $1,000/day until they produce the documents. If not produced within 30 days, issue a bench warrant for those responsible.

The best thing about the Trump presidency is that a growing number of Americans are becoming aware the Deep State is real!

Ain't that the truth !

Let Inspector General Horowitz look for them. He found texts in one day where the FBI “couldn’t recover” them in months !
