The only way the court can cut through this craqp is to tell the DOJ attorneys that they are being taken into custody for contempt of court and will be locked up until the requested documents are produced.

I agree that an immediate punishment is the only way to stop the stonewalling. However, the problem is who to punish? Head of the DOJ? Deputy head? The guys in the tech room? A fine will no doubt be assessed to the taxpayers, so jail time, yes.
