State investigators in New York issued a subpoena to Michael Cohen on Wednesday as part of an ongoing multi-agency investigation into the Donald J. Trump Foundation, a spokesperson with the state's department of taxation and finance told ABC News.

The subpoena for Cohen arrived less than 24 hours after the former fixer and personal attorney to President Donald Trump pleaded guilty to two charges of campaign finance violations related to the Trump campaign.

An official with the office of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo told ABC News that shortly after Cohen was served the subpoena, he reached out to the NY department of taxation and finance to ask when they could schedule a time to talk.

No need to investigate the Clinton Foundation...after all, “expenses” account for 90% of expenditures leaving little actual charitable expenses to investigate.

“Russians” gave $145,000,000 to the Clinton Family Crime Foundation while she was SOS and could have vetoed transferring 20% of US uranium reserves to them, but that’s not collusion. That’ just pay-to-play. All Democrats do it.

I don’t believe the current lot of players have any intention of a Clinton probe.

Right now they are working/manipulating various scenarios to do with Cohen primarily, and Manfort to force President Trump into a corner, and attempt to make him submit his tax returns so they can further their witch hunt. It’s why none of Davis commentary makes any sense, because they aren’t after what they say they are after. It’s the tax returns again. They have a one track focus.

Imagine what damage they could do to the ability of the Trump administration to progress if they got their hands on his tax returns, and played their nonsense games with that.

They will start prosecuting Trump family members using this as a vehicle to do it. Will no one stand up and call this what it is? It’s political prosecution and all those that refuse to call it out are part of it.

Where is Jeff Sessions? Is he corrupt? Corrupted? Incompetent? Or ready to surface to save the country?

Oh boy, Trump’s lawyer decided to throw attorney-client privilege to the wind and work against his client, so he’s the Superstar of the Century.

Cohen is no longer an attorney.

Time to step back a little maybe. I tuned most of the news out the last three days......anything to do with Cohen or manafort especially. These are DemoRat plays of which would not be played out without their hope to continue to keep Trump and this administration off balance, at least, or to destroy this administration. We knew this would come and so did Trump. So as he also backs away so should we when we get too wired up. I refuse to let the Dems keep me in a heightened state they are in.

I have one question: When are they going to start a probe of the Clinton Foundation?

More than just that charity, from which they made millions. (One is not supposed to make millions from a charity,n'est ce pas?

What about uranium one, Charlie Trie and John Huang, shakedown of big biz (speeches for "access"), a long list of crimes involving classified information, spurning desperate requests for help in Benghazi, cattlegate, filegate, rape (and cover up), "bimbo eruptions" and associated coverups (presumably to include monetary inducements), and what really happened to Buddy?

Much, much more, of course.

But my biggest questions are about Arkancide. I would love to see a thorough, comprehensive, aggressive, and fearless probe into what appears to be a forensic, statistical red flag.

Again, much, much more, of course.

Trump and this administration know exactly what this is. Therefore this ‘vehicle’ can be and will be stopped or ceased one way or another. But timing is important. You don’t want to interfer when the enemy is self destructing.
