Rush Limbaugh warned his audience on Thursday that Democrats are trying to steal the Ohio special election. This comes after election officials found a stash of 500 votes lying around at an Ohio polling station.
The votes gave Democrat O’Connor another 190 votes to narrow Republican Balderson’s lead. What luck! USA Today reported:

Just like evidence in a legal case, if the chain of custody cannot be confirmed, they should be disallowed.
Where is the multi-witness chain of custody, multiple sets of eyes on every container of ballots until they are counted then locked with a unique lock set from 3 different parties or in an armed guarded vault.

Voting is a sacred right and all of the crap out there about no id, mail in voting etc are in place or a simple purpose, to automate and infiltrate the process of manufacturing votes to decide elections which favor them

Was this after any official cutoff date for the submission of ballots? If so the dispute is over.
If not, can the new ballots be identified as authentic, lawfully placed by a registered voter? Do both county party representatives agree?
If not, these are provisional ballots. Subject to adjudication.

What am I missing here? Seems to me like if they found 500 votes and 190 went to the Democrat, wouldn't the remainder (310) go to the Republican. Or maybe there were other candidates in the race? Even if that's the case, how many of the 500 votes went to the Republican?
Of COURSE they find another X number of votes ‘just lying around’! And whaddaya know...they’re all DEMOCRAT votes!

500 total votes:
345 dem and 155 for the republican add up to 500 giving the dem a net addition of 190.
Stay tuned for another pile of votes found in a trunk somewhere."
The SUPPOSED explanation is that this precinct had 2 master devices, and the initial count only included 1. (As I understood, you needed both the voting machine flash drive AND a master device together to tabulate valid votes.) If a vote appeared on a flash drive without a corresponding record on the master device, it wouldn't be tabulated.
Let's suppose for a moment that is true. If so, then it should be a simple matter of looking at what this precinct's vote tabulation was before they "found" the 2nd master device, and compare it with the "found" votes. There should be a nearly identical ratio of Dem to Repub votes (345-155). If not, the probability of the new votes being legit is Z-E-R-O.

Didn’t this happen in Minnisota a few years back too? Democrats have many ‘tricks’... well, ‘ways of committing voter fraud’ would be more like it.

The author of the posted article did not express this clearly. What he means is that the Democrat had a MARGIN of 190 votes among the ballots that were purportedly "found" and not counted when they should have been. From other sources, the number of "found" ballots was 588 -NOT 500. So, not counting any votes for other candidates (you could assume there would be at most a handful of such votes, anyhow) that would mean that O'Connor would have gotten 389 and Balderson 199 of the "found" votes. That figures out to 66% for the Democrat.
Now this wouldn't sound legit if the area covered by the "found" ballots was demographically similar to the entire CD, which voted close to 50-50. So if there was no particular demographic factor which distinguished the geographic area from which these votes purportedly came (e.g., more heavily black or Hispanic), you would have to conclude that the "found" ballots were a total fake manufactured for the purpose of cheating.
This has got to stop. Even repub swamp rats should be concerned.
This would stop soon enough if Republicans started planting fake ballots around empty parking lots.
There’s no way there can be “found” ballots in OH that aren’t still in their envelopes, and that’s only if they were mailed in, postmarked on time.
